We are from out of town, and ordered a supreme and added sausage for an additional cost around 10:30. They delivered at the hotel at 11:06. By the time we went back to our room and opened up the pizza, we got this one instead. Today, we called them back to tell them that they got our order wrong and were put online while they went back to work while we were still on line and can hear them. We then tried to call the call center and got routed to them again. The second time, they just hung up on us. We called the call center back and they were no help as well. They either are just pushing us through to the location or just hung up on us. For a $38 pizza order, this isn’t worth it, but now it’s the principle. We are still on the phone with the call center and it’s been almost an hour now.

Ordered a pepperoni melt, it was poorly made with a few shreds of cheese… when I opened the melt up and told the person at the front she said she put the cheese on there, basically I have pizza crust, pepperoni and marinara sauce… First and last time visiting this location.

I order the new New Yorker pizza, Meat lovers and Supreme. All of the pizzas were made extremely sloppy. I ordered original crust and they gave me pan crust. I was just very very disappointed. Pizza hut used to be one of the best tasting pizzas but now it is just lost all it’s standards. Do you go to the location on Washington Rd. You will be highly disappointed.

Worst experience ever. My order arrived later than expected and it was the wrong pizza. Called the store 4 times to discuss it. No one picked up for 2 attempts. Two other attempts someone picked up but place me on hold and never came back. Needless to say, I paid for a higher priced pizza but received something cheaper, which was not even warm. Ordered delivery. Apparently they use door dash. 3 different door dash drivers got to the restaurants and left each time because pizza wasn’t ready. They said “we have to remake it and we are busy.” I also called 3-4 times and was put on hold each time and they never came back. Never received the pizza.

The pizza was stiff, the sausage which was suppose to be beef was hard and over cooked, the cheese sticks were hard on top, burnt, greasy and soggy on the bottom. The cheese pizza was burnt. I called the store no one picked up.

I always pass the pizza hut by my house and go to this location because they are usually great. I always order pan-crust pizza and they usually do a great job. This particular time when ordering my usual pan crust they gave me another type of crust instead of pan. I was so upset I called them but they left me on the phone for 45 min so I just hung up. My son was already tired and hungry so I just gave up. This is upsetting, I would like a refund because I spent $40 for 2 pizzas and breadsticks and it wasn’t even what I ordered. Pizza Hut needs to fix this issue. The fact that they don’t even take the time to even pick up the phone even at corporate is very unprofessional.

They got my order wrong!!!! Then gave me someone else’s order!!!!! When I called I was on hold for 30 mins and then got transferred just to be on hold for an additional 30 mins there was no resolution whatsoever! Also the pizza was not fully cooked nor cut!
