Ordered from this Pizza Hut last Monday, as I was staying at a hotel adjacent to Hartsfield airport. Delivery was extremely quick. I would say too quick, because the pizza I received looked and tasted terrible. It was a medium pepperoni lovers, which is “supposed” to have “more” pepperoni. It didn’t. It barely had any cheese. Please see the pics. I ate a couple of pieces, but I would be lying to say they looked or tasted good. A pizza like this should never leave a restaurant looking so poorly made

I wanted to give zero stars, but I couldn’t because it wouldn’t let me write a review. My pizza was cold. There was hardly any cheese on the pizza. It was only crust looked like someone had bit off of a slice of it. It felt like cardboard. I called nobody ever answer the phone for me to even get a refund replaced or any of that horrible this place needs to shut down.

This particular location has had terrible service since it has opened, I’ve not had one good experience with this place. Year after year, I give them a chance and I’m repeatedly disappointed. Management was there, he sat by and did nothing. Poor management and staff. The food is always burnt, wrong or not ready, and they’re always out of wings. Tonight, I placed an order for pickup at 8:19pm, I received confirmation that it would be ready at 8:35 pm. Me knowing their reputation, I give them extra time to prepare the order, I arrive at 9:05 pm, they tell me give them 10 minutes the order will be ready. A guy walks in with his son tells them what he’s waiting on, the cashier gives them complementary sodas, yet she offers me nothing. Numerous people come in to receive their orders, they’re still telling me 10 minutes. It’s now 9:35, I left. This is my very last time trying patronize this Pizza Hut.

HORRIBLE from the customer satisfaction line to the actual store! My car is in the shop for the day so I depended on Pizza Hut delivery for dinner. Not only was my order missing items, when I tried to call the store it was directed to the call center. Had to be transferred back to the store, wait on hold for 10 minutes just for an employee to hang up on me after I told them my issue. Called the customer satisfaction line and l get my money back in 1-3 days which means I’m out of my money and still have to order dinner again. I’m so done with Pizza Hut!!! Especially this one because of you didn’t want to deal with my issue allow me to speak to someone else don’t want away from the phone and then come back and hang it up!

I’ve ordered from this location quite a few times, it’s definitely not consistent, missing items & order not correct. Plus, the bottom of the pizza often tastes sweet & like cinnamon, which means it’s been cross contaminated with their dessert items. It’s really not a good flavor, makes the pizza pretty much inedible. Makes me wonder what else is cross contaminated. The very few times the pizza is ok, just isn’t enough to keep ordering from this location.

Horrible experience. Called and placed a delivery order. They were 20 minutes late so I called and machine told me they cancelled my order. When I tried to ask why, I waited 5 or 10 minutes on the phone just to have someone pick up and immediately hang up. Nice.

Pizza Hut no longer offers condiments along with their sides; no red pepper, parmesan cheese, blue cheese or ranch dipping sauces. These are ALL condiments other establishments offer as customary. This to me is a “nickel & dime” tactic to make you spend more money. NOT COOL or APPRECIATED!!

The pizza was cold and not cut right have pictures to back up my dissatisfaction with pizza hut. Definitely wasn’t what I expected nor was it even close to what a Big New Yorker was supposed to even look like. Would do a half star but don’t give me the option. My food was wrong. Tried to get assistance, management and employees acted like they didn’t care. Tried to call customer service they kept directing me to the store.
