THE WORST PIZZA HUT EVER!! I placed my order at 5:53pm I called 11 times from 6:30 until 9:30. They only answered the the phone 2x out of those 11 and told me my order was on the way each time. When I arrived at the store at 9:30, my pizza was still in the pickup order box and wasn’t even with the delivery driver! Then I ask for a manger and she don’t know nothing about nothin! Never introduced herself, apologized or nothing. She started a refund and then tells me I have to wait until the delivery driver gets back to get a refund for a pizza that he doesn’t have ?! The people there were very rude and let the phone ring the whole time I was in the store about 30 minutes. I asked for a corporate number and of course they don’t know. I will never order pizza from here again! My order was $40

The “small” pizza should be called mini. The wings were good, but seeing this teeny box arrive ruined the whole experience. $40 bucks for six wings and a baby pizza – plus delivery and tip – is exorbitant. A banana is about as long as the box. Should be called pizza bites not slices. Never again!

The size of the pizzas have gotten smaller. A large is really a medium pizza. I love getting my food quick, but next time cook the dough a little longer. Other than that, we ate it.

Worst pizza hut ever. My food never arrives good. The pizza melt was under cooked and I got sick. I will never order from this pizza hut again. I need a refund of my $31.00. The delivery driver was the only pleasant thing about this experience.

I had an awful experience at the Ellenwood location. Received a text my pizza was ready. Got to the store , and there are 6 people just standing around waiting to pick up their orders, After waiting 40 minute it was determined my pizza was never made. But how would the manager know because they were not putting any name labels on the boxes, when asked to speak to the manager she walked out to the back of the store. Ignoring her staff and customers.

I will never order from this place again. My order was out for delivery at 7:36 but did not arrive to my home until 8:11. I literally live 4 minutes from the shop but was sick and could not drive. My pizzas was cold and not even connected. I called the store and I told them my food was cold and no apology or nothing. All she said was do you want us to send out another order…. Um no so it I can arrive late and cold again. Then she said we can give you a credit, I don’t want a credit for terrible pizza and service. This place is truly the absolute worst.

I have seen so many mixed reviews regarding this location, I just had to find out for myself. I can honestly say, I enjoyed my visit there. The pizza I ordered was great, the customer service received from the manager (Lamar) was excellent. I highly recommend this location and would recommend if you haven’t visit In a while, give them another try.

The absolute worst pizza hut to order from. I order my pizza at 6:48pm, it is now 9:57pm and they do not know where my order is and it has been 3 hrs. They still can not give me a ETA. This is so ridiculous and I will be speaking to whomever that is in charge. I’m going to make it my business to find out who runs this establishment. People work hard for their money and should be handled with care. Someone will answer for this unprofessional experience.
