Almost done with Pizza Hut here in Thomaston. The past 3 times I’ve ordered & had it delivered, I tipped 25% and I requested for contactless delivery. EACH TIME, they banged in my door until I came to it and then didn’t even have it out of the bag once I finally went to the door. Even asked them, wasn’t it contactless? They said “I don’t know”. Every-time my pizza wasn’t cut all the way through and grease was literally LEAKING out of the box. Sauces were put at the bottom of the breadstick bag…. Under the breadsticks. More of a mess. Bad service. Do not recommend

No no no no no. I tipped when i picked up my pizza and the two emoloyees were rude by not saying Thank You….and it was 4$. Got home, breadsticks just raggidy but almost close to being good; the boneless wings were the sloppiest and ugliest boneless wings I have ever ordered and saw. Looked like McDonalds or Frozen chicken nuggets just bought from Ingles or somewhere. Ended up trashing my whole freakin meal. Even stopped by Popeyes for chicken breasts meal and I don’t see how that place is in business. Remember…..when there was a nice Pizza Hut dine-in carry-out delivery in Griffin, GA. I worked there for 10 years. It closed down sometime after the so called manager Donna didn’t know how to run the business. Anyways, So I know Pizza Hut and I know how its supposed to be done but no manager there cared to acknowledge that, one even getting paid for my work when I came in early to put inventory up for her. The liar. Her name was Cheryl. Another manager stole my diningroom suit over night and moved to Tennessee and he made sure I wouldn’t find him. Can’t remember his name but he knows who he is. I confronted Cheryl on what she did but dishonest people who don’t wanta believe in Jesus Christ God Lord are gonna be dishonest. As for me, Jesus Christ God Lord sees everything. You wreap what you sow. the pizza looked like a dijornos pizza wannabe.

Got there 15 minutes before they closed on an Monday and they were happy to help and made the order they correct way. Got it home and it was hot and good. $47 for large 3-topping pan pizza and 12 piece wings seemed a bit high though.

Ordered a pizza delivered to the house, when it arrived the box was soak and wet from the rain (No pizza watner bag) and pizza was ice box cold. Driver apologize and stated: “he was the only driver working tonight.” Call manager and told her the pizza was not fit to eat. Manager stated: she would put me in the system for a Credit. I assume the credit was for a replacement pizza since I had to trash that one. Call back a week later and the manager stated: “she didn’t have enough drivers to deliver. Call back a week after that and the manager stated: “I only have a 5.00 credit in the system”. I hate when thomaston lose any business, but if your business lacks customer service it needs to be gone.
