I ordered 1breadstx 1garlic bread 3 dipping sauce choc chip cookie and a medium pizza. What I got was 2 breadsticks no garlic bread 1 dipping sauce 1 brownie and no pizza. This was delivered. I was told they did not have garlic bread anymore. Why was I charged? They were out of marinara dipping sauce why was I charged for 3? I called and they asked did I want to come and pick up the cookie and missing pizza? No I just paid a tip and delivery fee. Will not order from there again and will make sure my friends don’t either

I usually go to this Pizza Hut during lunch with my Dad and the food and serve is excellent! Tonight is my second time going to this Pizza Hut location in the evening…I always request my wings to be all flats and crispy… tonight the 18 wings were NOT crispy and I had to finish cooking them when I got home!!! I stayed on hold for 45 mins before talking with someone! I didn’t want a free meal, I didn’t want my money back…I don’t need a handout! I only wanted them to know to make sure they follow instructions when instructions are given to them! I try my best to patronize local restaurants in Jackson, but it is getting old with the half serves and cold or under cooked food! We can’t even get what we ask and pay for! It’s so sad!

Never have I experienced a more disorganized confused work place in my life. And to be honest I believe they even topped the famous chicken/mex fast food joint, and that’s saying a lot. So the wages have went up yet the aptitude has plummeted. And what’s worst is I couldn’t tell you how the food was!! My order was placed online and was saposed to be ready in 15min. I get there and inquired about my order and was told ok here’s the bread sticks. The rest is coming. Fourth five minutes go by while they sat. So I asked again and a pizza was placed on the counter and was told the second was on its way. This is at the hour mark. So I wait another 15 min and ask again!!! This time they acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about. So I just gave up cancelled my order and went to the house. Hungry.

Stopped in at Pizza Hut never been to before. Ordered wings and drinks. Food was great and employees were very friendly. Will be back to this Pizza Hut again when I am near it.

Pizza was good but had to ask for napkins and silverware. Drink machine was down. Staff was pleasant.

May 12, I was in Jackson, visiting friends, and they ordered pizza for dinner. I was not looking forward to it, as I worked for a Pizza Hut about 40 years ago, but I didn’t say anything and went with my friend to pick up the pizza. A couple of the employees were standing in front of the store, and looked like they were either beginning or ending a shift. The young man jumped up and open the door for my friend and I. He was very polite and friendly. After we picked up our pizza, we were going back out the door, when another young man (employee) who was outside, rushed to open the door for us, but I had already gotten it. He apologized for not getting there fast enough, was very pleasant, and wished us a good evening. In this day and time, with the exception of Chick-fil-A, we are so used to fast food workers doing the bare minimum and having lousy attitudes. I just wanted to commend your store on its’ wonderful employees! My friend, and I talked about how glad we were to have run into them.

Why was it so hard to place a take out order? Impatient worker kept putting the phone down just to wait on a phone number, really. Is that his way of punishing callers, I’ll never call the Jackson Pizza Hut again!
