This store is TRASH!!!! They are rude and they are TRASH!!! I placed an order out of Winston, Ga and they told me it would take 15 minutes for my order to be completed. I get there and wait an HOUR! Literally! Only for them to tell me there was no cheese to make the pizza. Then, they tell me it would take 3 to 5 business days for me to receive my refund. My husband calls the store and tells the associate the situation and that it was totally unacceptable. He responds… “I know, it wasn’t our fault. Our truck didn’t come. So, I can see if it was our fault.” He immediately asks for the manager on duty. She gets on the phone and he tells her the situation. She says “yea, I know. There were 7 orders we couldn’t make because our truck didn’t come.” I asked her how we could be compensated for our time and she says “I gave her a refund.” They could care less about our time or the fact that they still took 7 more freakin orders knowing they were either out of cheese or running out of cheese. She offered a messily $10 store credit and we told her we felt Pizza Hut should cover the order which was only $22. That would’ve been the right thing to do. But, they can kick rocks! This store is TRASH!!!!!!

The pizza hut in Villa Rica cares about your business!! Not only was food hot and tasty, but it arrived early and with a cheerful delivery person who simply wanted to wish us to have a great dinner and evening!! This location has just solidified my constant business!!! My food was perfect!! This location cares and it shows!!!

Horrible customer service. Just horrible. Food arrived on time but pretty sure it’s not safe to consume. Every time I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut it’s been beyond annoying dealing with the teenagers that answer the phones. Completely over it.

Pizza Hut store at 664 W Bankhead Hwy Villa Rica,GA 4/14/2023 at 8:15 pm I tried calling in a pizza with the phone line keeping you on hold for long waiting times.I drove to that location to see what was happening with the calls being on hold and the management and employees both saying they had no cheese and the truck did not deliver it this morning as I was turning around to tell them that I will write a negative review they started laughing as I walked out of there trying my best to not lose my temper. Thanks Pizza Hut for hiring the best qualified management that laughs at customers

Got there and pizza had to be recooked. Got home which is less than 5 minutes away and the pizza was cold as ice. Which means they did not recook due to an error on their part. Hardly no cheese and very dry

My carryout experience was great! Pizza was topped to satisfaction and cooked perfectly. Staff were friendly and professional. My favorite part was not being prompted for a tip! Something that’s gotten out of hand for a lot of places…

Placed an online order at 5:00PM for a pick up at 7:30PM. Arrived a few minutes early expecting to wait until 7:30 for our order. 8:00PM finally have our order after watching multiple orders be placed and leave before ours. Witnessed a drive thru order get placed and leave about 10 minutes before our order was ready. No explanation no I’m sorry. Nothing. Was handed my pizza by the cashier with one word, “Here.” Poor customer service. Pizza was hot as it should be BUT was not good. Very little sauce and was not near the quality a Pizza Hut pizza should be. Very disappointed.

I ordered a supreme pizza and substitute the onions for black olives and oh my god this pizza is so good! This pizza is so good and I’m going to stop reading reviews in Villa Ricca, because it seems like the people who leave reviews out here – Don’t know what the hell they’re talking about.
