I regularly order online through the pizza hut app and come through the quick lane to pick it up, never have any issues pizza is always hot and fresh. Tonight’s visit I could tell they were busy and also understaffed Antonio is the manager and he really works hard to keep this place running. I’ve been here on numerous occasions witnessing him work very hard, always polite and friendly. Tonight I noticed that he had a medical sling around his arm which just goes to show how hard this man works. They need to pay better than what they are. If they cannot hire enough stuff so the company needs to pay the valuable ones that they have now more. If Pizza Hut truly cares about its company they should take care of their valuable employees who are working while injured.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Sarah is absolutely TERRIBLE. She was screaming as soon as we walked in, greeting us at the top of her lungs. After her spending the entire time we were trying to order screaming about everything they have, she finally takes our order. She comes back 10 minutes later and screams “ARE WE READY TO ORDER?!” I said “We already ordered.” She then made a gesture like she was snapping out of it and realized she had already taken our order… mind you, were the ONLY table in the restaurant! She was screaming the entire time being two feet away from us to the point that it sent my Daughter into a full blown panic attack. Sarah was definitely on something, not to mention that she had pizza sauce all over her top lip. It was so bad that I literally said to her “I’m sorry, but would you please stop yelling.” Her reply was “I’M NOT YELLING!” My Wife ordered a personal pan pizza with just pepperoni, her order was wrong. When we sent it back, they were going to replace it for free, yet it was still on the bill when I demanded the check after my child was now in tears from having this Woman screaming at the top of her lungs the entire time. This was by far the worst restaurant/service we have ever had. We just wanted to have a nice lunch as a family, but instead was screamed at and had our lunch ruined by SUPER SERVER SARAH. There were so many other things that happened that ruined this meal, I can’t even remember them all. My family is literally exhausted from this experience. If you decide on Pizza Hut and it’s the one on Martha Berry, do yourself and your family a favor and have it delivered or carry-out. I am absolutely disgusted, I shouldn’t have to watch my Wife console my Daughter after just trying to go out to lunch.

Just a horrible experience. Ordered delivery. They gave the delivery to some super nasty driver in a red car named door dasher Susan. What an aggressive and smart mouth woman. Pizza had no sauce and wasn’t not remotely cut properly. Maybe try the other Pizza Hut or any other pizza place in town. Avoid this place and most certainly avoid door dasher Susan in a red car. Just horrible. Yikes

Who “goes” to Pizza Hut for a dining experience anymore? No one. But we broke the mold, went in and sat down. This place has zero atmosphere and it’s clearly set up to cater to delivery and carry out orders.

I have been craving a Big New Yorker. I lived in Connecticut and often had New York style pizza. The Big New Yorker was okay, but it misses the mark on the crust. It is too “crispy”. NY style easily fold over lengthwise. Customer Service was acceptable…not over the top but ok. Store looked clean.

They love to make orders, tell you it’s on the way, and then never deliver it. When you call to complain they will ask you “Why don’t you come pick it up?” It’s happened numerous times. Unacceptable. Needs real managers/employees. 05/19/23

Went inside to eat and the inside looked deserted. And dirty. Brought out paper plates and plastic ware. I could have just ate at home. This was not what I expect when I go inside a restaurant to eat. Also I ordered the pasta and it was not good. It tasted like cardboard. All in all a waste of 30 bucks.

Made an order online and came to pick it up and the restaurant was closed! They closed an hour early and never even bothered to call to let me know anything! And then refused to give me a refund the next day when I called to speak with management. Very unprofessional and I will NOT be returning!
