The food was okay, I’ve definitely had better from other Pizza Huts, and the lady at the pick up window was very nice, but I got home with my $60 worth of pizza only to find out the BBQ Chicken pizza had nothing but BBQ sauce and cheese on it. I tried calling multiple times and no one would pick up the phone which was more frustrating to me than my order being wrong.

First of all a sit down Pizza Hut are rare, secondly great service. We ended up getting the box it was delicious. They were following most of the COVID guidelines well. The server was quick and was nice and attentive. No complaints

2nd time going there and it was fantastic both times…my kids love the med. 2 topping pizzas their only 5.99 . there pizza and cheese bread are completely the best .i love the barbecue pizza .omg. The staff is great and service is fabulous.

I guess I’m supposed to finish cooking the dessert at home. Its literally hot uncooked dough and they provided 4 icing cups for me to finish the decorating too. The pizza order is wrong also, and soiled in grease. I called and was hung up on mid-conversation.

Pizza was not cooked all the way hair in the food and a big hole in the pizza as if they used slices from other pizzas worst pizza I’ve ever had.

Food was on time and hot and fresh at the Rockmart location. Other than the food picked up at the window. The dinning needs to come up to the present day. The dark mafia vibe inside needs to be lightened up and made to fit the 21st century. Food was on point.

My husband and I have been going in to eat and honestly the pizza has been delicious lately. There was a point where it wasn’t the best but it’s different now. I would recommend giving them a try. The staff has been so sweet when we go in and helpful. I will say I wish the owner or if this is corporate would bring back the fountain drinks it would help business. I wish they would spend some money on remodeling the floors to get it looking up to date. We don’t like not having many options to pick from and you can’t get refills. The BBQ backyard pizza is so good and the supreme has been delicious and fully loaded.

It was a slow Saturday 8/6/22 around 7pm. I placed an order for 2 one topping medium pizzas for carry out. One pepperoni one Cheese extra sauce. When the man said 15/20 min I knew something was off. It wasn’t “busy” because majority of the staff was just standing around talking to each other out of boredom. The pizza actually was not ready in 20 minutes . I waited an additional 10 mins to get my food. Drive to my hotel to find NO SAUCE on my cheese pizza. I really wanted to call back to get another pizza but I was starving after the wait. Plus I have a feeling the staff would have definitely gave me some “extra” sauce this time around so I counted my losses and wrote a letter like my aunt Karen taught me and to warn people Do Not waste time or money here
