My pizza was burnt and cold HOWEVER, my delivery driver always has the most positive energy. He is absolutely an amazing person. I typically receive the perfect pizza from my local store therefore I only took of one star for this particular experience. Almost always food and service is top tier!

My order was delivered quickly despite the weather. The food all felt like it just came out of the oven, the driver was very friendly. Loved it. Now I’ve won the Papa Johns or Pizza Hut debate anytime somebody wants to order pizza here!!!

Staff was filthy. The guy at the counter had Dirty hands filthy nails his clothes looked like they were slept in and worn for days. I ordered extra sauce on 2 pizzas and fot ZERO sauce on them to make it worse the pizzas were over cooked dry cold and literally not edible. Total waste of time and money. Because of this experience I will NEVER eat pizza hut anywhere again. This location should be shut down.

This pizza hut is usually on point. This particular Friday night they slacked off. I received a a cold and under cooked pizza. I had to ask the young lady to put the pizza back in the oven because clearly the cheese hadn’t melted. Not a good visit last Friday!

I don’t know if it was on purpose, but they hooked me up big time. Family sent me two boxes worth of stuff, and they came by a little later and dropped 3 more boxes of stuff my family didn’t even order, i guess after closing. Must’ve not heard the bell though, free mystery food though man.

Pizza was cooked perfectly. Customer service was great! I did carry-out and the lady at the counter was so friendly and happy to greet me. Even the young lady working in the back smiled and acknowledged me.

I have had food from Pizza hut across the world. But this locations has let me so down that I don’t even think I will order Pizza from Pizza Hut again !! Order all done wrong. Dry. Burn. No. No. No. In Kennesaw area, better try Jets Pizza. Much better.

ordered a thin crust with extra sauce but not soupy. It was like cheese on a cracker!! I keep saying that we will not order from here but this time it’s for real. Unfortunate………
