There was one waitress here and poor thing she had a huge party come in just after we sat down. She did a wonderful job of waiting tables but we had to wait and unusually long time for our food. The big party was getting their food before we did and no, we didn’t order anything other than pizza and bread sticks so I don’t know why it took so long.

I rated this review a 1 star only because there isn’t an option for zero stars. I placed an order at 11:30 am and scheduled delivery for 6:00pm. At 6:30 I called to check on where my order was, and after being hung up on once and promised a call back on my next call, I had call a THIRD time, only to be told that my order had been canceled. They said it was because they called me at 3:00 pm to verify the order and I didn’t answer. I was in a good service area the whole day, and my phone NEVER rang; I got other calls that day, but not from them. I cannot express how angry it makes me that I have my order nonchalantly canceled after giving a 7 hour window in which to make it. It is absolutely pathetic and sorry.

I like the pizza hut brand. I had some issues with what a paid for. The attendant took my order and left. I gave her a tip for being fast. When l sat there waiting.. for what seemed like 20 extra minutes. The other cashier said she left and my order was wrong. Ill not go back

Called in our order they gave us a time we arrive and it takes an additional hour before our pizzas were ready. The guy kept flirting with the women that came in and messed up the pizzas.

It’s Saturday night and this place only has one child at the register running everything. No one will help her. My one pizza melt is taking more than a hour to come out of the oven by what the cook says. Horrible. People are waiting forever, phones ringing back to back. Not good service at all. This is ridiculous.

I ordered 2 pizzas from them via their telephone services. When the driver brought the pizza it was completely over cooked, thin crust (I ordered hand tossed), pepperoni was burnt and curled up to the tenth power!!! They gave me a store credit but this time I picked it up and it was the same as the first pizzas I order! This time it was suppose to be meat lovers . I’m an floored and I had to drive back up their to pick it up except the manager told me to bring the pizzas back (husband had already ate a slice out of one) so she replaced one pizza and gave me half off the other one. Pepperoni was still curled up like crispy and burnt and I am still not satisfied! I’m calling corporate on Monday and will be eating from Domino’s from now on.Take a look at the pic, totally over cooked!!
