Drake was very rude when he took my order and the food wasn’t good. The dough wasn’t fully cooked and the cheese sticks were burnt. They also over charged me $10. When I called to ask about it they told me they would give me a $10 credit. Very unprofessional! Horrible customer service!

I gotta get the young man’s name who always works nights and weekends at the front counter. He is always so sweet, quick and accurate. I go there just bc I know my order will be correct! He deserves a job well done raise!! Food is always hot, never an issue. I’ll only go to this pizza hut!

The pizza was great however the lady working had an attitude. I called in my order and was told 15-20 minutes. I go to pick up my pizza that was ready but was told I had to wait for someone else to ring me up. So I waited and waited. The guy said they were busy, which I completely understand. The lady final came up with an attitude and said she was the only one in the kitchen, so she had to finish those orders. I get it but when someone walks in to pick up something you should get them out if theirs is ready. I work in the public, I understand being short staffed more than you know.

Ordered online delivery to my place of work not even 5 minutes down the road from them . While I was dealing with customers, Some guy named Chris called me left a voicemail saying there was no delivery drivers!? Excuse me why offer delivery then ? So he said please call me back to cancel the order, so I then tried . I called the “store number” which I was on hold for 20 minutes with their “why do they care so much..?” Slogan on replay over and over again . It would appear that they don’t care though. 20 minutes and you can’t pick up the phone. I literally was transferred somehow to a customer service guy that sounded like we was out of country. I still have yet to get ahold of anyone to be able to get my money returned. I thought I’d give Pizza Hut a shot again because it has been a while since I had it, but after tonight I will never spend my hard earned money or time with this company ever again.

Great pizza however it was somewhat cold due to employees being to busy talking to each other instead of paying attention when I was there to pick up my pizza curbside. If you’re going to offer curbside pickup employees must pay attention and do their jobs properly.
