Ive ordered from here 3 times in the past month and only had an issue one time. I’ve never had my order messed up and they are usually quick although one of those times, the driver didn’t come so I had to pick up my pizza.

I tried one of their new melt sandwiches, and it was really good! I purchased the chicken bacon one, and it had plenty of meat as well as cheese! I wish I had taken a picture to show you, but I will be sure to do that next time because I will definitely be going back! Btw, the staff was very friendly and helpful, which just made an overall good experience great! Thank you!

Pizza was a half hour late, delivered by DoorDash, arrived warm/cool and was very light on toppings even when “Extra” was paid for. Going back to Dominos and Papa Johns.

Ordered a pizza here for delivery. The delivery was late but that’s okay. The driver apologized and was extremely nice. Got my Pizza it’s undercooked and doughy. I ask for light sauce because they sometimes put too much I got no sauce. I called the location to make a complaint. A nice young lady answered the phone took my complaint and told her manager. I could hear because she did not put me on hold. The female manager had a nasty attitude and said oh well I’m not sending a driver out there. If she wants it remade she will come up here. I can understand going there if I did carry out but I did delivery for a reason. The manager would not come to the phone, so I ask the young lady that answered the phone for corporates number. Since she was new she was not sure. So she ask her manager and they rude manager said I can look it up online they are busy and don’t have time for this.. So I’m stuck with a this disgusting Pizza. I will contact corporate on Monday. Will not order here again.

We ordered a pizza at 8:00, and it still hasn’t come yet. We called them, only to be put on hold with no further response. When they did answer, we were put on hold again afterwards. They reassured us that it will be delivered soon, after already waiting 2 hours, but there is still no pizza. If you want to order pizza from here, DON’T. I recommend not wasting your time on a pizza that will not arrive. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would because 1 star is still too much for this place.

I’ve always had great experiences with this location but tonight it left a bad taste in my mouth. Pizza was out for delivery over an hour, I called 20 minutes after it was “out for deliver” at 9:43 because I live less than 10 minutes away. When my food was delivered it was extremely cold. I paid 40 bucks to receive cold food. I called the store to complain and was told they only had one driver and he had multiple orders. Totally unacceptable!!

Always enjoy Pizza hut but twice already I called to make a special instruction for a pork allergy for my doordash order and this same woman says I need to contact doordash about that. DOORDASH DOESNT MAKE THE PIZZA!! I’ve done this before numerous times and they never gave me an issue, i provide them the name and the order and they affirm that they recieved it and take care of it. Second time this has happened with this woman, I ordered again trying to give it another chance but now I feel I won’t even try again in the future. I don’t know if she’s new or if she just hasn’t been with me on the phone prior to these two cases but she does need to do a better job at not scaring away customers. I almost never go out of my way to write reviews and I’m very patient but this woman has no logic. How am I supposed to ask dordash to not cross contaminate my food that pizza hut makes? I also see other negative reviews about a woman who works here and I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s the same one. If this happens again I’ll just call corporate.
