I was part of a road trip that was the most traumatizing and exhausting that I’ve ever been on, all I ever wanted was A medium hand tossed pie with extra pepperoni and instead I got a medium deep dish with a lot of sauce, I have to wake up at 6 and I have bad acid reflux so I have to stay up extra late! I cannot recommend this pizza hut.

I just received a call and they gave me such a terrible attitude assuming I called them even though the number they repeated back was in fact my number…but they did not seem to believe that I did not call!! I hate giving reviews but I’m sorry I have to step in here and declare the customer service and attitude I was given over the phone was just humiliating (for any company). I really don’t appreciate being told they are going to call my parents LOL…I am not a child but a working adult over 25 and find this very offensive. I have worked in customer service before and I understand the struggle of dealing with customers of any age, but employees not knowing how to treat customers shows me there is no concern for others within a company and that management does not seem to take action to give feedback. I hope the person I spoke with can learn to not speak to people the way they did, but also to understand the need for kindness in this world. I’m sorry but please recognize how you treat others no matter how they look, act, seem. One never knows how someone is feeling or what they are dealing with.

AMANDA was AWESOME! I placed an order for 4:15pm pickup and of course got stuck in traffic. I called with my concerns about my running late and cold food and Amanda said she “got me.” …and she did! Our food was hot and perfect ans she even waited for me to arrive before putting putting and hot, honey barbecue on the Boneless Wings….OMG, priceless. This is my second time at this location and customer service is amazing. Everyone here is professional, understanding and helpful. If your ever on this side of town and looking for a great group of people…THIS LOCATION IS IT!!! We have found our new Pizza Hut home, you will too! – MGJ

Felt like I had to beg for my own food. I’ll never ever ever ever EVERRR purchase anything from this establishment again. One employee’s spiteful attitude could be felt through the phone call. I mean, this store needs a completely new team because the food sucked and the service sucked.

Amanda was the most unprofessional “manager” I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve had multiple issues over the years with this location and swore them off but because of the convenience I tried again…I shouldn’t have been surprised with the messed up order and then the lack of them fixing the mistake!

Ordered the Detroit style Meaty Deluxe and the pizza was saturated with marinara sauce to hide the lack of toppings that where scarce to non existent on the slices. It was more sauce and crust then anything else.

The most unprofessional experience ever! I hope they have cameras inside if so I invite the manager or the owner to check them on Sunday, Octuber 30th between 2:00 to 2:15 pm. You will see what your employees were doing at that time (male & female) While customer were waiting for the orders. Please show some respect for the customer. They made me wait more than 45 minutes while those two were so busy at the back. And my pizza was overcook. Thanks Pizza Hut for this bad experience!

If I can put zero stars I would. Food is good but this location customer service sucks. Sending wrong orders and laughing about it over the phone when I called and not taking responsibility. Shame on this location management for allowing employees to laugh at customers on the phone instead of resolving a simple issue. Lost a customer that usually orders from there every other day.

So they use door dash to deliver there food. Which I didn’t know when I ordered. After not receiving my order they literally say they have nothing to do with it. The worst customer service I have experience. Save yourself the aggravation and order Papa Johns for pizza night.
