Waited over 20 mins for a pickup order and when I got there I was not attended and when another person came in behind me they immediately went to that person first and also gave them one of my orders. I know this because they admitted this straight to my face. They had to re make my food that they gave away. So I’m total I waited over 45 mins on what should’ve been a 15 min order. I’m not going here anymore and this isn’t the first time they’ve messed up on a mobile order. They really need a better way of communicating in the kitchen, and what gets handed out.

We love pizza but it’s a once in a bluemoon treat. I like this place, they get our order right and on time majority of the time. First time getting the chicken Alfredo, it’s pretty darn good. Recommended. Recently they charge a buck for chillie flakes or parmesan cheese…don’t like that.

As far as Pizza Hut goes, I’d say this is a really good location. I’ve never gotten a bad pizza from this location. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking when the strip mall is busy but that’s not really their fault.

Got the wrong crust for my pizza, its a fairly obvious difference between hand tossed and stuffed crust, so either no one read the ticket (not counting driver) or no one cared to make the order right. Either way, wasnt impressed.

Ordered 3 melts one a meat lover the bacon was the fat part of the bacon chopped up fat meat it was disgusting. Called the Manager and he knew they were selling fat said that’s what his vendor sent to them and there was nothing he can do about it because that’s what they sent him. I’m writing this to inform others of what they are selling their customers. I’m done with them never again!

AMAZING Pizza, FABULOUS WINGS, and Perfect Service! Super Fast Delivery, (not necessary, I will wait for such amazing product and service any time). Delivery people are so awesome! Best Food and Service in Suwanee- better FOOD than THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS!!! The Suwanee Georgia Pizza Hut is the BEST in All Categories! Many Thanks to the wonderful staff and RYAN who delivers- HE is a PRO, cannot get any better than that! The Pizza and Traditional Wings are so FABULOUS, this group of wonderful people at Suwanee, GA.
