First time buy from this particular location was in August last year received the pizza with top seal of plastic sauce bag under the the cheese. We called it in lady was nice I do not remember managers name at the time but insisted we had a free pizza under the phone number we ordered from.. now that we are willing to give them another chance the denying ever having that as a problem. Never giving any pizza hut a chance again. Terrible business!

I ordered a medium pizza, a new melt thingy, and cheese sticks and all of it arrived crushed and cold and all of it tasted like cinnamon sugar. I called to address the situation and am currently on hold as I type this and have been on hold 34 mins. Nothing from anyone. Highly unsatisfied with everything. And nothing is done about anything. Customer service is literally dead.

If I could give this place a “NO” stars, I most certainly would. I ordered two separate orders, literally 3 min apart. My daughter wanted to add a pasta. My second order was delivered to me, without any issues. A doorbell ring & a nice tip. However, the first order was not. After a few min, I called and spoken with one of the managers. They stated that a driver came out, rung the doorbell & called. I never received either a call or hear the doorbell. A second manager proceeded to get on the phone. They stated a refund would be processed & it could not be re-delivered.

Not sure if it’s apathy or incompetence. But I am done with pizza hut. We don’t order from them because they constantly mess it up. The last 3 times I ordered pan pizza and last three time got hand tossed. I don’t know why they charge extra if they’re not going to pay extra attention. It’s a shame they can’t get it right. I know my 60 dollars every few months may not matter but at least I’m not throwing away money on pizza that’s wrong. Not to mention their pricing has far exceeded their quality.

I ordered two pizzas with extra sauce. The pizza tasted like a cracker with melted cheese. I have to wait two days to get a refund. I am told I can only get a refund when the GM is there and that would be Monday. Today is Saturday, June 24, 2023.

Paid for extra cheese and sauce on one pizza and got home to find there was barely any cheese or sauce. All 3 Pizzas had the same tiny amount of cheese and sauce. Pizzas were also very dry and over cooked.

If I could leave a zero I would. Placed an order online.. Card was charged. An hr later, still no delivery. Called to.get am update. They claimed they never got the order. Placed ANOTHER Order with the individual I spoke to. They didn’t deliver that either and reversed the charge on my card. Worst customer service in the world. I will be calling corporate. If you don’t want to work, stay home.

Order is usually good from this location. Tonight was not one of those times. Other cinnamon sticks online says 10. They gave us 5 when I called t inquiry about this lady states the sticks weren’t cut correctly. We also got BBQ chicken and barley had any BBQ. It’s like the just threw everything together and handed it out.
