Ordered through the app then picked up at the store. The staff was polite and friendly. The food was on time and was ok. The pizza needed to be cooked longer, so I had to throw it in the oven when I got home. Overall, I would recommend and may go back when I’m in the area again

I ordered on DoorDash for pick up. It was ready in 7 to 10 mins I had ordered a pizza, wings an breadsticks. I had ordered exta toppings. Everything was correct. The people that work there in the evening are always nice an friendly.

We went to pick up a pizza that my little brother won from a book it program . We came in with the coupon and she took a while to even come up to the register and once she did she had an attitude and I asked if they accepted the coupon that clearly stated that it’s accepted in all Pizza Hut locations but she didn’t even take the time to check the coupon. She just told us that they “don’t do that” and started to leave. I just thanked her and left. Clearly there’s many problems with that location. My brother worked hard for that and kept asking us to go just for her to turn him down like that. We came in around 4:30 on march 15 and it’s the location near buckwalter.

Never again. Paid $50 for one pizza and a cookie, delivery was an estimated time for 25-35 minutes and it never showed. And I gave a 20% tip ahead of time, on my card. Called the store to ask what was going on and was told “the order is going back out” and then she hung up on me. I physically went to the store for a refund and they pulled my food out, it had been sitting there for 2 hrs at this point. It never left to be delivered. I’m told by the worker that they can’t do refunds, their system doesn’t allow it. So basically, they stole my $50. They did offer a store credit, which no, I’ll never be coming back to that location. I’ll be making a dispute with my credit card.

Improve on consistency when relatively new employees are involved. My latest pan pizza did not have the pan pizza crust. This has never happened before. So, I attributed it to having a new employee making the pizza. At any rate, something failed in your process.

I selected delivery for my order and after an hour of no updates I called the store to see why it was not delivered. The woman at the store said I selected carry out which I did not. She said it was “my fault” and that she wouldn’t deliver. When I got to the store I had to wait 10 minutes for the person to come to the counter. When I showed her my email that clearly showed I asked for delivery she said it was not her fault and that I made a mistake. I paid for a delivery charge and the woman at the store was zero help and full of attitude. I ordered from the store on 10 Discovery Dr off of Buckwalter in Bluffton SC. I will never use this store going forward or any other Pizza Hut because of how rude the employee was on the phone and in person. The woman working there Saturday Nov 5 at 10:30pm needs to learn customer service.

Horrible experience. Ordered hand tossed with extra chicken and extra pineapple. When I got home it was a n edge thin crust pizza with very little chicken or pineapple. Not even evenly distributed. Drove all the way back after I called and they said it was being redone. Arrived and they hadn’t started yet. 20 minutes waiting and finally received what I paid for. No apology no compensation for my trouble. I will never go back

Food was ready when I got there. Took it to the car to inspect, as it was a larger order. The cinnamon sticks looked like there was a bite taken out of one?? I took it back inside and asked about it. She asked if I wanted them remade but it would take like 15 minutes. I told her it was concerning as it looks like a bite. She said it could be from the cutter they use. Idk, I think a refund or something could have been offered in exchange.

Awesome Pizza and ready when I got their. The guy at the window even asked if I wanted to open the boxes to check the quality before leaving to be sure that I was happy with my pizzas. Wish I had took a picture for y’all!
