“Welcome to ‘Pizza-saster,’ the pizza place where the cheese is greasy and the toppings are questionable. The crust is so thin you could use it as a frisbee, but don’t expect it to fly too far because the soggy bottom will drag it down faster than a lead balloon. The toppings aren’t much better, with unidentified objects lurking under a layer of artificially colored mystery sauce. I’m pretty sure I saw one of the pieces move on its own, but I’m trying not to think about it too much. The cheese is so greasy it could win a wrestling match with a sumo wrestler, but without the grace of course. They should add a disclaimer to the menu warning customers of the potential heart attack that comes with every slice. Don’t even get me started on the delivery guy, who looked like he just came back from a five-day backpacking trip with no shower. It’s safe to say I won’t be returning to ‘Pizza-saster,’ unless I develop some weird kind of masochism, but maybe that’s just me.”

I stopped in this Pizza Hut at 7 minutes to 11pm, tonight, a Friday. There were three customers in front of me. I’ve been driving for more than 14 hours and I’m exhausted and starving. Hall Holland waited on me at the counter. I asked if he could make me some food even though it was so late. He cheerfully told me yes and said they don’t close till midnight. Mr. Holland patiently helped me place my whack and weird order. He was professional, friendly and very kind. Everyone in the restaurant was busy working but friendly. The restaurant and what I could see behind the counter was exceptionally clean, especially since they are so short staffed. My pizza and wings were correct and Mr. Holland made certain I had plates and napkins and dipping sauce. 10/10 would recommend and I don’t even eat at chain restaurants. Excellent service and food. Thank you Mr. Holland and team!

A group of us went to the Pageland Pizza Hut after church on Sunday night. I called in my order ahead of time. When we arrived, I went ahead and paid for my order then had a seat to wait on the rest of my party. One of the other couples called their order in ahead also. When our entire party was seated, we were THEN told that the resturant was OUT OF ICE! The service was SLOOOOOOW and there was only one person running both the register and the dining room. One of friends ran next door to the convenience store and purchased a bag of ice, then we still had to ask for our cups 3 times, and had our pizzas before we ever got our drinks. The pizza that other couple that called in ahead of time, was wrong. We asked for a pitcher of water and sweet tea, and was told that they only have 2 pitchers in the resturant. I have no complaints about my order, but IF I return to this resturant, it will be for takeout only.

For some reason their online services wasn’t working properly yesterday. The store claimed they weren’t getting my order. When I called and tried to ensure they received my order and to moderate it, a rude employee by the name of Carl repeated to the kitchen “don’t make this online order yet we have a customer that doesn’t know what she’s doing making orders” the lady that answered the phone then proceeded to tell him I was on the phone so I asked to speak to him because at that time what he said to his staff was very rude and disrespectful to me THE CUSTOMER. I proceeded to ask was he the manager on duty and he repeated yes, no longer wanted to speak to him wanted to speak to upper management, asked who was the store manager because I would be giving them a call. He let me know that he was the store manager, wow look a there. This store is poorly managed by someone who doesn’t respect or value the customer, definitely won’t be spending my hard earned money here again!

Everything was perfect this trip to Pizza Hut!! I ordered via app and was given 15 minutes until “supper was served”. We arrived with 2 minutes until ready. We paid to have the politest team member say they are boxing it right now! When home, 4-5 minutes away, the pizza was correctly made and piping hot. With everyone being short staffed this day in time, we could not have had a better experience. Keep up the great work Pizza Hut of Pageland!
