Ordered online for pick-up. Pizza was cold and rock hard, also Ordered 18 wings only received half that. Was charged for 18 wings and a large meat pizza… $50.00 not the quality of food or service I’ve had at any pizza hut… definitely will not ever spend another penny at this location.

I would give it a 0 if I could. The staff has not customer services. the pizza cold I had to put it in the oven when I finally got it home for 15 minutes. The boneless chicken wings were hard as a rock. We couldn’t eat them. Then I was double charged and was told that I would be receiving a refund and I have not received. Never going back.

I have dealt with the Fort Mill Pizza Hut many times. Tonight was typical of my experience there. I arrived and the manager promptly handed me my very hot pizza. I put it in the trunk and it was piping hot when I got back. I got the family favorite, a “Tastemaker” three topping. Delicious, and what a wonderful bargain in these inflationary times.

Wow…very disappointing! Paid $35 for 8 boneless wings and a medium sausage hand-tossed pie. Nowhere near the quality of PH past. The wings were not only boneless , but practically meatless too. At least 2 contained nothing but breading.

Ok This Pizza Hut is having problems.Who would want to eat this. The bad thing is who ever made it knows this is how they put it in the container. This is why if you are picking up a order you don’t tip the team as they will ask if you order online.

Picked up a pizza, well actually I popped my trunk and they put it in for me. Then I drove home and enjoyed an excellent pepperoni pan pizza. It was so good!!! I’m glad it was a large one and my wife and I have more to eat at other times. We both thought it was delicious.

Absolutely tired of this Pizza hut.. they have been unfair several times with no remorse, saying I have a 50$ credit but I can’t use it because I stay at a hotel.. when I order a delivery this location pops up and is only 4 miles away I’ve ordered pizza from here several times and now they call me and say oh we don’t deliver to that hotel and it will be 10 days before you get your refund, or you can come get it but I don’t have that option right now. Do not order from this restaurant
