Absolutely horrendous! I’m so unbelievably angry at my experience with this place! Walked in to order my food and I was a bit confused about something so I asked for a manager and some snobby lady came out and was very blatantly rude to me and mumbled that my elderly, hearing impaired mother was a “fat disgusting slob” under her breath. When I asked her to repeat herself she looked me dead in my face and told me to “get the f out or suffer”, she then stuck up her middle finger and walked away. The girl at the counter apologized for the inconvenience and finally was able to help me and when I received my order the pizza had something slimy on one of the pieces and a long light brown piece of hair in food. I’m sure that the lady spit in my food. Believe me or not, I had my two teenage sons with me and they witnessed everything. There was much more said and done but I won’t go into it. Do not go here or apply here for a job, it’s unsanitary and absolutely disgusting in there, a rat literally ran across the counter in the back and one of the workers just flung it across the room like it was normal! Managers are very rude and immature. Never going back again.

This is the second time I’ve had bad delivery service from this pizza hut. The first time the order was an hour late and the food barely warm. This time I ordered and was told it would be delivered by 8:45pm. At 9:30 still no food. I called the store and was told it was just now picked up by door dash because they don’t have a delivery driver themselves even though they’re taking orders. When I voiced concerns about freshness, I was told, “Don’t worry, it sits in the warmer”…. well I might as well have ordered McDonald’s through door dash. At least then I know it’s not fresh but at least I can feed my family before 10:30 at night. When the order finally came it was barely warm and since it was pasta it was dried out. Next time I’ll order from an Italian restaurant. They take a little long but it’s not lukewarm and dried out.

I ordered over the phone which is not actually the store that gets the call. I ordered a pepperoni mushroom pizza and it was only mushroom and well done at that. So try online ordering. Not sure why anyone would want a well done burnt cheese pizza

Customer service was trash. The app was not working so we called to make an order but it wouldn’t go through. So we drove up to the store and they had turned the phone OFF. They wouldn’t let us order the family box because it’s “online only” yet the app is down AND you won’t answer the phone…. Obviously they don’t want the buisness so they lost ours!

The commercial online showing the new big new Big NewYorker enticed us. So we decided to give it a try. It is an extra large pizza cut with 6 huge slices. We ordered it with pepperoni, mushrooms and extra cheese. Unfortunately as is common with Pizza Hut there were very few pieces of pepperoni and even less of mushrooms. For some reason they treat mushrooms as if they are gold. Very stingy. i’ve seen this in the past and it continues now. the crust was very bland. it was just an okay meal

Ordered the Big New Yorker. Extra large with 6 HUGE slices. Ordered pepperoni and mushroom. Very few slices of pepperoni and even fewer pieces of mushrooms. The crust is rather tasteless. Overall just a meal – nothing special by any means.

Terrible. My order was incorrect. Asked for a refund because the parts of the order that were right looked horrible. Offered a credit. Why would I want a credit ???…..Hardly any cheese on “cheese sticks”. Drive through line backed up. People waiting 20 minutes or more in drive through line. Lobby full. Nobody even acknowledges you when you walk in. Staff taking pizza off pans and stacking pans in the floor.
