Good pizza. Nice clean facility. Friendly, helpful staff. This was our first time visiting this Pizza Hut. We went in to eat and experienced a great meal. I always enjoy eating Pizza Hut’s pizzas at their restaurants versus taking them home or having them delivered. They have a much better taste when they’re hot right out of the oven. I was pleasantly surprised and how clean the facility was. And how well the grounds/parking lot were maintained along with shrubs and other landscaping.

Good food. Friendly service. But be careful ordering extra on your food because they don’t put it on the pizzas. We ordered extra cheese, extra steak, extra pepperoni, and got no extra across the board.

Waited over 45 minutes for food to arrive and then it was wrong. Had to wait another 30 minutes or so to get the correct one. Had to ask for refills on our drinks. I also asked for a refill and never received it. Finally just told the family let’s go. Could have went to O’Charleys and got faster service and they shut down yesterday. Will not go back to this pizza hut.

Applied to work here for Assistant Manager position and ended up working as a Driver. Cool but I never got the career path that I was told before accepting the job, too many staff members on the clock, too many employees so pretty much lack of hours, just not a great place to work with all the employees on the clock at once. Been working here a month and still haven’t received my first paycheck. I have since moved on to another location and have been training in Management and is looking forward for the opportunity for Career Development in the near future. Sometimes you have to let them fail you in order to know that it’s not your fault for trying to be a part of the solution. Must I say that the $6 per hour pay upgrade was a great bonus as well. I hope to see Greenwood have a chance to turn around and shine but it’s gonna take some work and I’ve got a taste of success in the Carwash Business so I know how to make Customers and employees happy and do it the right way. Not paying employees is not a great way to shine Greenwood.

Haven’t had Pizza Hut in over a year (when pizza urge hits I really miss NJ). I decided that on this cold rainy day I would order a pizza on the way home from visiting Peggy at rehab. The order was correct and to the minute as promised. The pizza was delicious, not a NJ pizza but very good. The staff were very polite and professional.

Our sever was new, she had only been there 2 days. She did a great job. We had a pepperoni and cheese pizza plus cheese sticks very well cooked. We eat here every time we come to lake for the last 15 years.

Would give zero, but can’t! Order 74.00 worth of food to get it over an hour and a half later, ice cold, not complete order, and not even the pizza had the correct amount of cheese. Was disgusting, and called pizza hut.. of course they don’t care.

I ordered a large one topping. Asked for extra pepperoni did not receive asked for no sauce it was loaded down. My breadsticks had no Parmesan seasoning just straight bread. On top of all that it took almost 2 hours to get delivered.

It took an hour to get our food… and it was all wrong we ordered a thin crust pizza and cheese sticks… we got a pan pizza and cheese sticks with no Parmesan or seasoning… on a better note our delivery driver was nice at least..
