Arrived to find that there was only one employee running the whole store. She was upfront about the situation and after the expected questioning we decided to dine in. The dining room floor was so sticky that my shoes were making “sticky/tacky sounds” and the three dead cockroaches didn’t budge when I gave them a kick. While the dirty dishes had been removed it took some effort to find a table that had been wiped of the crumbs and other food particles (same for the seating). One TV was tuned to a show about “Stupid people acts”; the other was was in a loop for some shooting/murder game with very graphic shootings, etc -complete with all of the expected gore. Never, Never, Never again.

It’s a 0 star in my book. Don’t waste your time. Came here with family on a Saturday night to have a good dinner. Dining room was closed, but there were employees inside. Just a bunch of lazy people. The joke will be on them when they shut down form no business and they won’t be getting a pay check.

The waitress couldn’t tell us what the specials were. Much less what pepsi products they had. they messed up our pizza, then she didn’t know we didn’t have our breadsticks so she went to “check on them”, came back and said they burned them. then they brought us raw breadsticks. mind you, we were the only ones inside and no one in the drive thru

First off, staff was nice. But overall, not a good experience. Whole restaurant needs a deep, deep cleaning. Everything you touch is sticky. Seats, tables, floors, cheese and pepper shakers and door handles. Bathrooms were disgusting, we wouldnt use them. We should have left. The place was so freezing cold it was past uncomfortable. Pan pizza was not the old style served in a pan anymore, so that was disappointing. Food was just meh for the price. Now I know why their parking lot is always empty.

Clean restaurant it’s hard to get into because of modifications made by the city, but food is great. Service is fantastic.

Pizza cooked to perfection! The only complaint that I have is that it took quite some time to get our order, and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Perhaps perfection takes time, or perhaps they had a lot of call-in takeout orders, I really don’t know?

I ordered online. Drove all the way there wasting my time and gas. When I got there the woman said that the ovens were not turned on yet. You would think they could at least call and let you know that your order will not be ready and they are going to cancel it whether you want them to cancel it or not. Whoever is managing this place needs to find another line of work. One of the most basic things you can do when running a pizza place is to make sure that your ovens are turned on. Another simple thing to do is to not accept online orders if you know that you are having issues with the ovens. The owners could save a lot of money in the long run if they simply purchased a chimpanzee and trained it to operate their restaurant. Do you know who remembers to turn the ovens on? Domino’s, Little Caesars, Papa john’s, every other pizza place that’s ever existed in the history of the universe. I will spend my money elsewhere in the future.

The food is “typically” good, but you’re going to wait 3 years to get it. They never have adequate staffing, leaving only one server for the entire dining room. It doesn’t help that they’re college kids and could clearly care less about their job. Not to mention the place is dirty inside. Old food on floor, sticky tables, etc… it’s truly a shame.
