Went in for lunch expecting a somewhat quick pick-up and go. Waited fifteen minutes at the counter before a junky looking white woman finally said she’d be with me in a minute. I waited five more minutes and left. Waste of almost my entire lunch break. Maybe don’t hire an obvious drug addict.

Paid $23 for a supreme stuffed crust pizza. It wasn’t stuffed. When calling the location I was told I would be given a $15 refund…instead of $23… for which I still haven’t seen. The woman I spoke with sounded very robotic and scripted. No real emotion or care.

I grew up in Abbeville eating at this local Pizza Hut all through high school. Abbeville has changed so much over the years (Belks, Sky City, Yoder’s, Bi-Lo and Winn-Dixie all gone) that it hardly seems recognizable. That’s why it so nice to walk into Pizza Hut here, I felt like a kid again and just like it used to be the Pan Pizza was hot and delicious.

Spent $80 worth of pizza and literally got a 15 dollar old pizza with 4 wings that were not my order. Had to wait literally 2 hours and the place was just full of disarray and no one actually cared they were failing at their jobs horribly.

I have had some really good pizzas lately .The latest one was perfect ! Thank you Abbeville Pizza Hut !! When you seem to hear complaints just know there are much more happy customers than those. We know the restaurants are having issues but you cant tell it with the great foods you are prepping and serving .And Pizza Hut rewards are an extra bonus ,Thanks!

Never EVER will I go here again. We waiting in the parking lot for OVER AN HOUR!!! After we were told our order was ready. I called the store a total of 5 times. All five times I was transferred to a call center because no one in the store would answer the phone. Three of those times I was disconnected after being placed on hold for a “customer service manager.” The fifth time the CSM tried to call the store with no answer still, and she then gave my information to what I assume was the district manager. This was suppose to be a curbside no contact pick up but we had to go into the store twice. No one brought our food out to us, we had to go in and get it. While in the store the phone was ringing and no one bothered to answer it. This happened four times while I was waiting in line to see what was going on with my order. One hour and thirty four minutes to get our food plus another 30 minutes to drive back home. The food itself was fine, other than one of the pizzas being cold. This experience was just unacceptable.
