No waiters. No service. Serve yourself. Get your own drinks. Plates. Napkins. Everything. No buffet or salads as well. Order what you want at the counter before you sit down. Don’t expect them to pick up the phone either. That week continue to ring and ring. All of that I can deal with but the dining area was really dirty. My shirt actually got stuck to the back of the chair and was stained with the old sauce left there. The dining area needs cleaned. I tried to clean up but they actually didn’t even have a trash can that was accessible to guests. Sticky tables chairs and flooring. Really greasy pizza but thank goodness it had good taste.

Bennettsville, SC Pizza Hut is horrible! Crew shows no indication that they care about their customers or their jobs. Service is incredibly slow. They lock customers in the store (a violation of fire code) and didn’t even begin preparing my online order until I arrived at the store 20 minutes after I ordered (online indicated the order would be READY in 15 minutes!)

The quality of the pizza (and wings) has tanked, in my opinion. I remember when Pizza Hut was seemingly America’s favorite and best pizza chain restaurant for best/better tasting pizzas (and baked style wings, like the old oven baked you can still purchase in Pizza Hut Express).

I put one star because I had to. Customer service is horrendous. Bathrooms filthy. Floor sticky. Smells like dirty dishwater. The Girl at the register gave us attitude as soon as we walked in. She got our order wrong. The last time we were there(a few years ago) the waitress would come to your table, give you plates and utensils. Not any more. Fend for yourself! No one was the least bit friendly. No apology for getting order wrong…..just attitude. Won’t be going back.

So I place my order online and the food looks great but the white chick that came to the window had a very nasty attitude I paid for the ranch to go wid my wings and she said check the box bc she good at putting it in there I check the box I guess because I didn’t check it like she wanted me to she said I mean u literally did not check it I’m not lying about no ranch especially if I paid for two! The customer service has gotten so bad at this once great spot! I say just start over and try again!!!! As you see from the picture below no ranch in the box!!!!

The cashier was very polite. We ordered at the front and sat down for dine in. The tables and floors were very dirty and sticky. The plates that were out to be used were so dirty that we ate off of napkins instead. Overall the store is very run down and not well maintained. Our food came out wrong and with items missing. When we returned it to the counter for it be be swapped for the right pizza it took extensive convincing and getting a menu to read off what the pizza was to get it remade. The remake came out still completely wrong. The water was also not working so most drinks were not available.

This is the sixth time. Yes sixth time I ordered the same thing always Pepperoni extra cheese extra sauce and I get a pizza full of bubbles no sauce and less cheese than regular.
