Orders were placed online. Immediately greeted upon entering. Orders were accurate and ready as promised. I live on the opposite side of town but I will take the drive to have this restaurant prepare my orders. The restaurant is always clean, the staff never seem to make you feel as if you’re an inconvenience and the lady that manages this group, she’s always present, always communicating with her staff. She’s great at what she does andso are they. My only tip to her would be, smile more, you’re doing an excellent job!!

I tried several times to call the Pizza Hut store on 2nd Loop, to inquire about my order. The manager Matt finally answered the phone and stated that he was the only person working, and he apologized for that. I was told by the manager Matt that he didn’t have any drivers and had my order delivered by door dash. Which I did not know until I called. The dinner box I ordered came in two separate boxes the bread sticks and cinnamon sticks were not cut. The pizza was also quite small. This was my first time and will be my last time ordering from Pizza Hut.

Ordered 2 thin and crispy pizzas from here. Never had this issue with any other Pizza Hut. Both had uncooked dough under the cheese and were blonde and floppy. Thin and crispy should be crispy. When I called they said they would send someone out but 2 hours later nothing. I called again and was told there was NO WAY they could be undercooked. Of course there is. Anyone can figure that out. Didn’t want to argue with the lady but I was a kitchen manager/head chef for years. That included time in a pizzeria. Here are some examples of how the dough may have undercooked; Dirty pans, wrong oven temp, wrong oven time, too much cheese, too much sauce, proximity to the heat or just pulling before they were done. In the pics notice the sheet white bottom of the pizza and the gummy dough under the cheese.

We wasn’t satisfied with our ,we order the new yorker,Yorker, wasn’t all that, mozzarella sticks tasted like they was put in a microwave, we had better,the only thing that was good was the cinnamon rolls, breadsticks, but they didn’t even sliced them,I will just go to domino’s next time.

This is probably one of my top 5 worst experiences with Pizza Hut. The chicken barley has any sauce on them and they didn’t even properly put it on there they just squirted it on there. The pizza was squished to one side of the box when we opened it and the cheese was all over the box.
