Love them! I told them I had 22 girls sleep over and they helped me with my order in my budget range and one of the workers paid for my 2 sodas and gave me extra paper plates and utensils! And said “ this is to save you some dishes” I almost cried lol because I just got off work too and they made a stressful evening so much easier and time consuming! Plus I only had to wait 15 mins! AMAZING YOUNG MEN IN THERE I TELL YOU! Pizza Hut will always have my families business!

This location forgot my wings but didn’t hesitate to give me a credit for my next visit. Also, I thought I had ordered a Pepsi but I didn’t. So when I went to get the money from my car, the young man behind the register whipped out his card and said it’s okay. I’ll get it. Extremely sweet and I appreciated it very much! Thank you for being so kind and the other lady was nice as well.

Walked in for dinner at 700 Main St location. Waited to be seated, could hear voices in the back but noone was paying attention. Told to sit wherever. Tables and chairs needed wiped down and carpet was dirty. We were only ones there. Richard came to take our order, I asked why the long face and he stated bad day. Got drinks, then he took our order sitting at another nearby table?? Brought our pizza and never saw him again. Went to front to get box for leftovers, another lady helped us atleast with a smile! Said she would find a coupon but don’t think it was done. $28.00 for large pizza and breadsticks (no prices listed on menu) Never saw Richard again. Stay away! The Pizza Hut in Monks Corner is much friendlier and better priced!

We decided to dine in. Pre COVID the dining area was a lot nicer. It’s like the staff has not gotten used to ppl dining in again. The floors were dirty. Not that we needed them but the salt and pepper shakers were dirty. The salt shaker had hair on it. This was the first time we have been back to pizza hut in a long time. Needless to say I think we will stick to Marcos delivery. Staff didn’t seem too interested in customer service and attending to our dining experience.

I’ve tried. The last FOUR times we’ve ordered, our pizzas arrive late… very late, and cold. This is the third time we have had our orders delivered by another delivery service like Door Dash, an hour late!!

Not satisfied. Horrible service and I only live maybe 10 minutes away. The pizza I asked for was not what I got. It kept telling me it was delivered and was not. I was frustrated and I had kids here. No Thank again. Good luck to those who does this and go through this.

I ordered two large pizzas but they were closer to mediums (<13") and they really shorted us on toppings (crust was ~2"). One had so little cheese you could barely see it. Very disappointing.
