I called in the order of a personal pan supreme , bread sticks and a Coke. . It was hot and ready when I arrived. The Staff was friendly and accomodating. The food was delicious. I was driving through the city and wanted a familiar food type. The establishment has taken time to place flowers in and outside of the building. Beautiful.

Very over priced for what we received & onions were still raw. So many online orders going on it took 20 minutes to take our order and another 15 or so to wait on the pizza to cook. The bill was just over a dollar a minute. We probably won’t be back. This is NOT the Pizza Hut of even 3 years ago let alone the one of my youth.

Pizza Hut crust it’s not like it used when you would get a pan Pizza the crust was crunchy on the bottom. It’s no longer. I had asked for my pizza to be cooked a little longer that didn’t happen.

I purchased a large pizza on 3/9/23 around 4:30. I paid $20 to get a pizza that looked dry and had very little cheese on it. It’s sad because Pizza Hut use to be the best around. So many people have said they prefer Papa Johns. So Im definitely trying Papa Johns because I don’t have money to just throw away like that.

Ordered at 5:02. ETA was 5:57. I called at 6:28 to see the status, and was told the order was out for delivery. At 6:53, got a notification that the pizza was going to be delivered through DoorDash. Pizza did not arrive until 7:25, and was cold. Attempted to call and get the pizza remade. The employee that answered the phone told me she would get a manager. I was on hold for 20 minutes before giving up. I’ve never had this issue with any other pizza franchise in Moncks Corner.

Poor service on superbowl Sunday. I placed and order at the restaurant. I was told 15min order would be ready. After 20min it wasn’t after another 15min the mgr told me my order was lost. I had to wait an additional 30min. Caused me to miss part of superbowl.

The woman on the phone that took my order was nice. I did a curbside no contact pickup. The woman that brought me my food was polite. The only complaint that I have is that the pizza melt was kinda cold and the cheese had not melted.
