Service was fine. Associates were polite & helpful. Food was over cooked. Was suppose to get 2 dipping sauces. Didn’t get either because I made it clear the blue cheese would be trashed because no one in my family likes blue cheese.

Ordered NY pizza to try the 1st time. Double pep. It had hardly no pep. The manager remade it herself. I know bc when it was done, she made the comment, ” Let someone complain now.” I made this pizza myself*. 1st off, I hate having to complain to begin with. I was nice about having to wait for another pizza to be made. I was nice about it having barley pep instead of double. I’m sure she wants what she pays for when she goes out. Anyways I was nice. It’s not worth an argument bc you’re employees can’t do their job correctly, and you’re mad at customers instead of taking it out on the lazy people you got working for you. I saw they had low star ratings but gave em benefit of the doubt just to find out why it’s a low rating. I will give all of them lazy people what they want. I will not bother them and ever go back! kudos to the manager, tho. Even tho I heard her rude comment she made in the back. The pizza was still yummy. Thank you for remaking it. I appreciate you even tho you rude.

The pizza was not right. But I was most upset about the 2 salads I ordered. It was a handful of lettuce with a little shredded cheese with an onion chopped on top. And I didn’t receive the dressing I ordered. Pretty sad for $5. So disappointing.

We were sadly disappointed with our food- we had a pizza that was cooked to long- we ordered 2 salads and didn’t receive a dressing for neither of them. The Cinnabon buns were good!! This was all done on-line ordering.

I placed the order at 5:57 pm 3/5/2023. I called Pizza Hut at 7:53 and was on the phone until 8:20pm. I was told by the manager my order was delivered to someone else and I would get a full refund but never did. Then 2 hours and 40 minutes after I placed the order I received an order with only 1/2 the wings, one pizza was sideways in the box like it had turned over. Everything was COLD. I will not go back to them and this is twice it’s happened and twice I didn’t get the refund I was promised by the manager. Poor service the food is not good and the manager promises to refund your order and Never does. I will not return! That’s twice and for orders over $57 each.

Normally I hate pizza. BUT, today I found myself at Pizza Hut getting the family deal ( 1 large pizza, cheese bread and wings) and I I think this is a meal that I’ll be craving again soon. The service was super fast and friendly, and our meal was only $20.
