If I could write a zero review for this experience I just in countered I would. The call center didn’t process my order correctly and they didn’t allow me to get my food bc I didn’t have cash when I adv I wanted to pay by card. It was humiliating and I take back any 5 star review I’ve ever given the company. I have bought from this store so many times and have never had issues . Until now when they could have repressed it or something and take my card by phone and have the driver give me my food the money is there. Smh as a loyal customer I deserved a better outcome.

Excellent service!! I ordered online made a mistake of marking pick up! Called, a very nice lady answered and without hesitation changed it to delivery. Then Pizza Hut called me back because the young lady had just clocked in and did not realize that they had no delivery people. The manager herself went ahead and delivered the pizza to us. She made sure to keep us satisfied. The pizza was very fresh and hot. Thank you ma’am!!

Come down and see us at your local West Columbia Pizza Hut! We are under new management and are ready to serve. Buffet is Sunday-Friday 11:15a-1:30p. Thursday nights between 6-8 are our only dinner buffet hours. We have a full service salad bar every day.

This is one of the few remaining dine ins. We’ve been coming here for years and the pizza is consistently good. Unfortunately the menu has made to many changes and my favorites are no longer available. I wish they would bring back subs and the salad bar. On this trip the soda fountains didn’t work so bottled drinks were the only options. Another down fall is you now order at the counter, I prefer sitting down and ordering from a waitress. They have also gone to all disposable utensils and plates, they bring your food to the table already in take out boxes. Maybe that’s why the prices have increased.
