The service has been good and quick. Otherwise, the score would be a 2. The price is ridiculous. I mean yeah there are other chains who serve cardboard. I’m not asking for six dollar price point. I do enjoy a pan pizza. However, charging more for a medium pan pizza than a good quality steak dinner from Lone Star State Roadhouse or Down Under Steakhouse really hurts.

Well, the inside of the restaurant is freezing cold, and the air conditioner was left on with no change, even after asking multiple times for a small change in temperature, as we had our 6 month old eating with us. The waiter was friendly, but if you can’t enjoy your food because you’re freezing, then there’s no point. We were the only customers in the restaurant at the time as well. Will never give this pizza hut my business again.

Wouldn’t give me a refund. After charging me $9.00 more then what the price should have been. I hope they enjoy that because I will never go in there again. Food wasn’t good at all. Also Im gonna let everyone know not to go there either. They dont even deserve that 1 star I had to give.

0/10, customer service is non existent here . This is ONLY Pizza Hut I’ve seen who were so cheap that they contracted DoorDash to deliver for them. If Pizza Hut forgets an item in your order (not DoorDash but Pizza Hut) they will NOT refund you $$ to your Original payment method, only a credit to your account (unless you bring the food back. But if you you don’t happen to have a car, then you’re outta luck ♂️). As someone who previously worked for Pizza Hut 3> years ago, this is by far the worst one I’ve come across. This is what a greedy company/establishment looks like. I miss the old Pizza Hut. Can’t believe the papa johns down the road went out of business for this ♂️

My name is Tony and on 8/18/23 I went to Pizza Hut in Newberry South Carolina and the atmosphere there was AWESOME our server Rayne made us feel really welcomed and laughed and joked with us the entire time. I’ve had majority good experiences at this Pizza Hut but today was different. I ordered the Dinner Box and received dough with seasoning instead of actual breadsticks and severely underbaked cinnamon sticks. The pizza was good but I was extremely disappointed in the rest.

When i went in to purchase a supreme pizza with a coupon that stated, “get a large 3 topping or specialty pizza for $12.99″….i said give me a large supreme…he said “i dont know if that is a specialty pizza and my manager is not here….People have been asking me about that…i dont know…..i will get in trouble if i give it to you.” I would suggest the manager actually train your people. Hire people with common sense instead of dummies.

Employees delivered to wrong address and proceeded to be rude and refused to return money. I gave the right address with the correct payment and thr Supervisor started to cuss and continued refusal for a refund. Will be filing a compliant on all night shift employees and highly recommend eating elsewhere. 3hrs and 30 minutes with no delivery and refused to refund when delivered to wrong address. Ordered wings on Wings Wednesday. Went to the restaurant to pick them up and I still had to wait. Since I had to wait, I was expecting my wings to be fresh. I checked the wings when I got them and they were drenched in BBQ sauce. Fine, whatever. I get home only to notice that they looked burnt. I checked all the wings and they all were very dark. No wonder they put so much sauce on it, they knew that the wings were overcooked. I tasted one and it tasted awful. I called the store back to let them know and was told, “oh yeah, that was a mistake on our end. There was an issue with our cooking oil and we just got it replaced.” My thing is why would you even serve wings like that when you know that they aren’t going do turn out right.
