1st time ordering from here I walked in ordered 1 meatlovers medium size and 1 small pepperoni with cinnamon sticks. The cashier messed up the order quiet Badly. She swapped my pizza sizes so essentially I was over charged for my pepperoni. Then she forgot to put in my cinnamon stick order which tacked on 7 – 10 min (17 min originally) on my order ( 99 degrees outside ) then when I got my two boxes I asked if the cinnamon sticks were in the boxes and she said yes when I got to the door it didn’t seem right so I asked again and she confessed she forgot to put the order in …. then when i picked up the cinnamon sticks she rudely said ‘have a nice day ‘ like it was my fault she forgot the order ill never come back to this store. Those people are liers and were willing to let me leave without a full order to avoid embarrassment. Poor business.

Using the APP, we ordered from the deals menu. Tonight was a specialty pizza (meat lovers) and a pasta dish (the alfredo). I appreciate how the app tells us at what stage your order is in and when it is ready to pick up. The food was tasty, hot and enjoyed by the entire family!

Waited almost 3 hours for delivery. No manager would answer my call. Food was ice cold. Uneatable. Called after delivery. Must have called id. No one would answer. A terrible experience. And no customer service

Ordered through the app and arrived at the window at estimated pick up time, ordered a pizza and breadsticks. I received my pizza but another employee (presumably the manager or shift leader) came to the window to inform me they were out of breadsticks and asked if there was anything I wanted in place of them. He was extremely professional and apologetic, and they gave me a credit towards my account to use towards free breadsticks in the future. Handled the situation very well

Dutch fork Road, Irmo Pizza Hut delivery. This is second time ordering in past 3 weeks! Both times got Luke warm pizza and both times it was NOT even what I ordered. I let the first time ride. Then this 2nd time the pizza I ordered I know was more than this thin crust sausage thing that we got! I tried to halt the delivery persons who drove off. Called the store number and got a female at the “call center”!!! Who barely spoke English !!!

It’s turned into a high priced Little Ceasars. I don’t order pizza very often but the Dutch Fork location is the one I always use and the quality has gone down exponentially. My past few order were not fresh. It was like they had been sitting in a microwave or oven for a long time. There’s barely any marinara and the pepperonis were hard and shriveled. It was dry, disappointing and flavorless. The best part was the breadsticks. At least they were fresh.

I placed an order over the phone. When I arrived to pick up I saw an employee in the kitchen with no hair tie and not hair net. I mentioned something about it to the cashier and she didn’t seem to care. We won’t be back. Unsanitary and unnecessary attitudes.

We only received half our order and so we called the number on the receipt and it sent us to a call center but was the correct number for the store then we were on hold for30 minutes and they are blaming door dash for not giving us the correct order!!! We did not use door dash. Plus the pizza was cold!!! Terrible experience, and they would only give us store credit
