We had such a good time here at the Pizza Hut we had a large supreme pizza it was enough to feed four people the food was excellent we got our food on time they had a good selection on their salad bar it was a great atmosphere the service was great very friendly waitress restaurant was very clean and fairly reasonable price

Great food and it’s been a wonderful Pizza Hut in the past but a the service has went under. The place has became a drug house and something seriously needs to be done. We went in earlier and our waiter couldn’t even keep his eyes open to take our order. This is absolutely insane!

They were SUPER busy and short handed but the woman at the window was really great about it. Her attitude made it easier to wait.. in their defense we were there about 5 minutes early so we had to wait maybe 15 minutes.

This was the best pepperoni pizza we’ve ever gotten from any pizza hut! The Spruce Pine store has always been better than Burnsville, but tonight was perfect. We asked for alittle extra sauce and well done, they got it right. We will definitely drive the 25 minutes to use this store.

Not as good as I remember the pizza being in the past. Our medium Super Supreme pan pizza had very little cheese and the toppings were falling off when you picked it up. Salad bar looked bare and uninteresting for $4.99. Server was fast and friendly.

The food is always great. Service is iffy. Amber was the young lady who took my order and rang me out today when I got there. She was absolutely the best. Very sweet and polite. She asked if I needed Parmesan/pepper packets, napkins or plates when I got there. Also, asked if we wanted to add any drinks or desserts to the order before we got off the phone. I feel like some of their other servers, and surrounding restaurants, could learn from her. ♀️ Our last 3 experiences, on Sundays, after Church was not so great. Hence, the 4 star rating. (The younger white girl twice and biracial girl the last time both wore glasses, were quite honestly, snobby) they were not very polite nor were they friendly, and acted like it was a big deal for refills when we RAN OUT of drinks. (Brittany or Brinkley, Bailey, {?}, was the name of the little white girl. I think Krystel was the biracial girl). Amber expressed, she was a manager and as a manager, she gave her sincere apologies for the last visits (and even offered a credit to my account, which I passed up, for the past couple times the service was horrible). I explained today, that my family and I said we wouldn’t be back after the last Sunday because of service and ATTITUDE. But today, it being a to go order, and coworkers wanting Pizza Hut, I just went with it. Keep on keeping staff like her. (Amber) It makes a HUGE Difference when you have a couple servers/managers who actually DO care about customers. Those who just walk around with attitude and obviously just want the “quick money”, and young, don’t understand yet. I think if you have Amber to train your Sunday waitresses a little more on being friendly, smiling, Being polite, you would have a perfect 5.0 rating.

Got denied service after calling and confirming the lobby closes at 11, we was there at 1030. because they had a larger party, We was told by an employee that the manger Lisa that they was not going to serve us. Our party was only 4 people. They also close at 12.
