Wow where to start. Our waitress Lisa was the BOMB. She was extremely attentive to needs.when our drinks became half full, she refilled them and she made sure everything was satisfactory. She was extremely polite. Now as for the pizza… well let me tell you what, if Florida took lessons from this Pizza Hut, they would have more customers and sales. Wow talk about fresh and the sauce was delicious. It actually was the best pizza I have had in years. I would and will recommend this PIZZA HUT to everyone.

Food was great. Out server Keirsten was so sweet. Also the manager was nice as well, noticed our wings were short and immediately made it right. 10/10. Also the restaurant seemed very clean, 98 sanitation rating you don’t see that often anymore.

When they opened they were awesome. Now in 2023 they’re rude, act like they don’t want your business. Girl was quite rude at the counter. Plus they’re charging extra for the crust that made them who they are as well. Last time they’ll ever get my money. We even used the app to order. Poorly run company. The one in Waynesville really sucks. Never go there.

Pizza Hut has wonderful food. They have a good selection of food other than pizza. The wings are great. My favorite flavors to get are both Buffalo wings and garlic Parmesan wings. I love to get their stuff crust pizza over any other pizza. Don’t get me wrong, their other pizzas are great, but there is nothing like stuff crust its like a free cheese stick with your pizza. Plus, the crust on a stuff crust is so buttery. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price. It is a bit up there. Especially their wings, they are good but to pricy for the amount you get. But other than that, one of my go-to places for dinner.

We ordered our pizza at 5:35 PM online and order was confirmed, and that it would be thirty to thirty-five minutes. Well at 7:08 we got a text saying doordash would be delivering, finally got pizza at 7:34 pm. This is second time this has happened and you can’t get anyone to answer phone at the store.

Don’t order though the app for delivery. I order and it said it would delivered about a 1- 1 1/2 hrs which is fine because I understand being busy. But after 2hrs it’s still hasn’t been delivered then out of no where I get a message saying it would be delivered though door dash and not Pizza Hut which took another hour for me to even get my order and by time it was cold. Like I said I understand being busy but if you can deliver on the times you say you can turn off your delivery so people don’t wait and wait for there order

BOTH PIZZAS WERE UNDER COOKED. THE BIG NEW YORKER HAD LESS PEPPERONI ON IT THAN THE SUPER SUPREME WE ORDERED. I ORDERED 2 EXTRA CUPS OF SAUCE AND THEY CAME IN 2 OZ CUPS NOT THE EXPECTED BREAD STICK SERVING SIZE. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THE CANTON, NC LOCATION HAS MESSED UP OUR ORDER. WE STARTED DRIVING AN EXTRA 10 MILES TO GET PIZZA AT THE CANTON LOCATION BECAUSE WE WERE TIRED OF TO CANDLER LOCATION MESSING UP OUR ORDERS AND EVEN WHEN CHECKED IN STORE THEY WOULD MAKE EXCUSES AND FAILED TO MAKE IT RIGHT. I CALLED THE CANTON LOCATION LAST TIME AND WAS TOLD ON OUR NEXT ORDER WE WOULD GET A FREE PIZZA ONLY TO BE TOLD 2 WEEKS LATER THAT WE WERE NOT OWED A FREE PIZZA BY THE MANAGER WHO REFUSED TO GIVER THERE NAME. I AM FED UP WITH PIZZA HUT AND WILL NOT BE BACK TO ANY LOCATION. I DON’T CARE FOR PAPA JOHNS OR MARCOS SO I GUESS DOMINO’S WILL BE GETTING OUR BUSINESS FROM NOW ON.

Called to complain about a pizza that was NOT cooked properly and doughy. Called in and the gentleman claimed to be manager and hung up on me while I was explaining. Totally disgusting pizza and manager material. Get your pizza at another location.

Called in for delivery for the first time. Was first told “We don’t deliver to your location.” I live 4 miles away from the restaurant. Was then told “Door Dash orders come first so it will be 2 hours before we can deliver to you.” I called another pizza place.
