Absolutely terrible experience. We placed an order over $65 for a large pizza, bread sticks and two orders of wings. The delivery driver arrived and there were no wings, the other food was cold and the boxes were squished flat. We called to report the missing items and were told the store did not have any power and they couldn’t make more wings until power was back on, totally understandable so we just asked for a refund and we were told we could only get “store credit” which we did not want as we needed to order food elsewhere. The manager I spoke to refused to give me her name and not even so much as apology. We were told to call back today to speak to GM Natasha however now we are told she will not be there until Monday. We were ripped off, paid for food up front that we didn’t get, and knowing they are unable to remake the food they still will not give our money back

Worst Pizza Hut pizza I have ever ordered. The Pizza Hut in my town is excellent but this pizza was trash!!! Too bad you can’t take away a tip left at time of order!!!

Pizza Hut used to be great but I think they changed their recipe for the sauce for the pizza which made it not as good as it used to be but the service was good not much what to say. about Pizza Hut anymore the last couple times I went tables were dirty and the last time I went the children’s booster seats or whatever you call them was filthy they need to clean them a lot more than they do I should not have to pull out baby wipes and scrub down the booster seat before putting my child into it it looked like they haven’t been cleaned in 2 years that was disgusting update they asked me to write to them explaining things I did 5 days later still have not heard back from them so they don’t really care

If I could give no stars after today’s experience, I would. This Pizza Hut still offers Dine-In, although you wouldn’t know it upon visiting. The woman doing deliveries was friendly and welcoming as we passed her going out as we went in. That’s the end of the pleasantries. We waited for five to ten minutes, in which we saw two workers, and not once were we greeted, much less seated. The phone rang off the hook with nobody answering. We eventually gave up and left.
