Pizza was not good at all, it was almost like the dough didn’t proof. Wings were good, brownie was good, cheeses ticks were a bit dry. But disappointed as we spent 60 bucks and the 2 stuffed crust pizzas were almost inedible, even to a teenage bottomless pit. I threw mine away and just ate the wings

The food was fine, but the “current delivery time was quoted at 20-30 minutes; 15 minutes AFTER my email said the delivery should arrive, I called the store and was told that they are sorry that they are behind. Over an hour after the order, we finally received the order. I don’t believe we should be paying an extra delivery fee and tip for a service that is so poorly delivered.

Tried to order delivery. They said they didn’t have drivers and would have to go through door dash. OK fine whatever. Then they said my address was out of area (they delivered me pizza a week ago) and said I would have to place the order through door dash (which charges more and doesnt have the specials) myself. Worst experience trying to order. They were no help and didn’t even try.

DO NOT GO HERE! Order was incorrect and the most horrible food I have eaten in my life. No one from management has called me back. The app does not allow feedback as it crashes.

This Pizza Hut location had problems the first few months that they were open. When my pizzas were not made correctly at my first visit, I waited a couple of weeks & tried again, but there was negligible improvement. I tried a third time, but they still couldn’t seem to make the crust correctly or make the pizzas as ordered online. Worse of all, the manager was unresponsive. I didn’t plan to give them another chance. However, after I left a bad review with Pizza Hut, I was contacted by a new manager who who gave me credit for my next purchase. So, I gave them another shot. They still weren’t as good as the other Pizza Huts I have used, but there was enough improvement that I went back. ..and back…and back, since the problems were minor and the curb-side service was excellent. My last three visits, the pizzas were perfect. The current manager has excellent customer service skills & is responsive when there is a problem. If you haven’t been there recently, I recommend giving them another try.
