The manager and person who answered were super nice on the phone. Our delivery driver Tom was helpful and gracious. Perfect pan pizza, cheese sticks and outstanding service despite the inclement weather today. We appreciate everything you do. Thank you!!!

They served us the best pizza hut pizza I think I’ve ever had. The food was hot and fresh. Their manager mentioned that all of her staff was new, and they were extremely busy with call-in, walk-in, online, and door dash orders. She handled everything well and was complimenting her staff of a job well done. I thought that was awesome of her. Overall, it was a great experience.

If you have had horrible experiences with this Pizza Hut for the past while, as we have, try them again. New staff…Food and service is great. Just the way it should have always been. I am so glad we have a new crew at this Hut! I have not ordered in a long time, but I have had a great experience with our orders recently.

Seems like something may have been off with the dough and/or the oven – only a small portion of the crust was golden brown. Pizza was ready on time though.

Came in 1 hour & 30 minutes before closing, the guys there did not pay us any attention for 10 minutes and once he did he said they will not take anymore orders tonight! Did not let us know right away when we got in there.I called over the phone and they in fact did take our order, why did he tell us something different in person? I’m thinking bc of our skin color.

Does Pizza Hut even have a phone inside this location? Because I keep getting a busy beeping tone every time, & I’ve need to talk to someone about my past 3 orders. I guess decent customer service isn’t a goal. This order I needed help with a code I was given via email since the app wouldn’t deduct my free pizza. The representative told me there was nothing she could do & that I needed to order thru the store. They connected me & same thing as the past 2 times, got a line busy beeping tone. Called a couple more times, same thing. Previous order I was charged for what I ordered yet when it was delivered over an hour later I got half of my order & the receipt the driver had stated I didn’t order what my statement was online (was missing 2 items, one of those items being a pizza for my kids). So needless to say we were very upset. The order before that one was late as well & was cold, the driver said they tried the best they can with the little help they had at their location.

Came to the beach on a Monday.. wanting pizza I guess was my mistake.. thought it woulda been easier. Everywhere was closed, so we thought Pizza Hut. Put the order in online waited the hour it said it would take, get there and no one comes to the counter, the line is getting long people keep coming in and no one is going out. A girl comes out and tries to start helping but had a terrible attitude. We just left and went to grab something from bojangles down the street.

Ordered a large double pepperoni New Yorker pizza and a small pepperoni and bacon. The large had 4 pieces of pepperoni on each slice and the small pizza had a total of 8 crumbs of bacon. I never complain but for $33 for I felt the need to call. The kid that answered said it was dbl pepperoni and that there was bacon on the pizza. Instead of arguing with him I hung up, there was no use.

Tonight we got the Triple Treat box. The pizza was fine. The box with the breadsticks and cinnamon rolls was very disappointing. Needless to say, it looked NOTHING like what you see on the commercials. Will not order it again. It was not worth $28.
