There was plenty of pizza, pizza was hot and fresh. They did not put more lettuce out so I wasn’t able to get a salad. They had an issue with plates they placed paper plates out instead of regular plates. They also had issues with the dinning room being clean.

We had the lunch buffet, everything was clean and fresh and delicious. I didn’t LOVE that 10 and up are adult prices.. especially since my 12 year old is my bird eater haha.. but we all enjoyed our time.

Ordered big New Yorker,no pepperoni on the pizza. They burnt my pizza melts.driver did not give me a receipt. When I called the girl who answered was so rude.asked to speak with manager on duty she told me that they were unavailable and no one was available. Wanted to relay a message. RIGHT!!! Never again. Spent 52.00. Couldn’t even eat any of it.

Never again! The worst customer service ever! We were literally the only 2 people in the restaurant. We were not greeted, much less acknowleged, and had to ask to seat ourselves. The waitress seemed aggravated we were there, she walked to the back and didnt come out, the one other employee was on the phone the entire time. Needless to say we left! I see another closed restaurant in Ramsey Streets furture!

I paid for extra marinara sauce and it didn’t come with my order. The delivery man huffed and puffed like it was a big problem to drive back to the store to get it. I dislike that he was tipped well and I had to experience his negativity. The banana peppers on my pizza were thrown on top and not baked with the pizza. It was also extremely salty and lukewarm upon arrival. I will not order from this location or any Pizza Hut ever again.

My company that I work for ordered pizza for the kids tonight at the shelter for pizza and game night and we had our worst experience ever. We had called 3 different pizza huts to get our food delivered and we had to basically argue with them about our address after informing them that they do in fact deliver to our address. (N Eastern Blvd.) We finally make an order to this location since delivery at the N Eastern Blvd was over 2 hours to wait, the pizzas were soaked with grease. I am very displeased that our pizza night for the kids did not go as planned.

Excelent service everyone i have dealt with was very polite only wanted to make sure i was satisfied. They did get an order wrong once but were quick to offer to bring me exactly what I originally ordered or just comp what was delivered. Newly renovated dining room and very clean. Pizza is always hot.

I’ve been ordering food from this location for the past two years since I’ve been in Fayetteville and there has always been something wrong with my order! I placed a delivery order two nights ago they never showed up. I left my home at almost midnight to drive to the location and was told that I never answered the door which was bull……. They then proceed to give me my cold pizza and I was told that my transaction was voided out so I’d be getting my money back! Never received my refund nor the wings that I ordered to go with my pizza! On top of that the customer service is terrible. Do better Pizza Hut Ramsey Street!

The wings and stuffed garlic knots were super delicious. The seat was a little messy, but was quickly wiped off. The server, Jada, was fantastic in all senses. The bathroom was very clean. Definitely would come back to this place.
