We celebrated our son’s birthday at Pizza Hut last month, Ms. Hannah reserved the entire restaurant just for us. Ms. Hannah and her staff made sure we were well taken care of. They had great customer service. The restaurant was very clean and the food was very good. Thank you Ms. Hannah and your team for everything, we really appreciate you all and your great service.

Ordered carry out and the employees were friendly and nice. There was an order mix up due to similarity and timing so they had to remake mine. They apologized and since mine was remade, it was hot and fresh. Despite that mistake, accidents happen, definitely will order from again when in Fayetteville. It’s pizza, who doesn’t love pizza.

Wanted to place an order for delivery while staying at Hampton Inn. Cust Svc Rep told me that thia location does not deliver to Hampton Inn on Skibo Rd. I inquired if she knew of the correct Pizza Hut location that would deliver and was told to lookup on the website. I did exactly that and got the same store and the same CSR. Disappointing..

Took my family out for lunch before going to see a movie. Upon entering the restaurant we were not greeted nor acknowledged for several minutes (@ 10min), although there were several employees at the register in front of us. When we were finally acknowledged, we were told to “sit wherever we want”. We found our way to the table, immediately feeling the almost unbearable freezing temperatures in the dining area. We were one of two families dining there and both complained about the cold temperature. We considered leaving for CiCi’s due to a very long wait to place our drink orders. When we finally received our drinks, we noticed a very foul and sour taste coming from every drink. The family seated near us reported the same thing. It was not the Pizza Hut diner experience I remember. The restaurant was extremely disappointing and the environment was very cold and drab, with no music nor TV playing to lighten the mood.
