I order pizza fairly regularly. This place is just so inconsistent. Some days it tastes so good and others like today it almost tastes stale and lukewarm. The last two orders I’ve paid the pan crust upgrade and received hand tossed. It’s disappointing because they make some really good pizza sometimes.

I ordered 4 pizzas online at this location yesterday for a birthday party. I paid online and when I got to the store to pick it up they weren’t open in the middle of the day. Today I have called that location and explained what happened they keep putting me on hold. This is bad business and unacceptable.

It’s hard to describe how unappetizing the mini cinnamon rolls are. Pizza was ok… breadsticks were good but the sauce paired with them was weak and runny. Definitely avoid the cinnamon rolls… waste of $6; they’re inedible.

Was told that my money would be refunded from an online order that was placed and paid for that I wasn’t able to get because the store never opened that day. Very bad business to keep money for something that you did not provide and then make your customers chase their money around to get it back.

We received a large pizza with only 16 pepperoni while our medium was practically covered the rest of the food was ok. This location was seriously understaffed when we arrived there was only one employee saying they could either answer the phone or make the pizza as a former pizza hut manager I am seriously disappointed in the outcome of our order. If you are in Mooresville try mod pizza.
