My husband drove 30 plus miles to enjoy a pizza When arrived the sign said please wait to be seated. Standing there we noticed the waiters/cooks/staff in the kitchen wrestling playfully and tossing what looked like a ball back and forth. Never did they acknowledge we were standing there at the door waiting to be seated. There were no other customers seated or within sight.

The pizza I ordered was cooked so long it was hard to eat. The was hardly any sauce on it. The bread sticks I ordered was tuff as hell plus the garlic sauce I ordered I didn’t get that. They have lost my business. We need a different pizza place here. Pizza Hut sucks balls

They can’t seem to get it right. I get a correct order every other time. A while back it was terrible, next time it was great. We couldn’t wait to order again and when we got home on one of the pizzas they forgot some toppings. Following time great again, then this last time I asked my bf, did you check the toppings before leaving. He said he did and the toppings were correct, but the pizza was a thin crust, not what I ordered and it looked like a medium. There were a lot more pepperoni’s then I’ve ever seen, I was wondering if we got someone’s pepperoni lovers pizza.

Ordered pizza with extra BBQ sauce and received a pizza with no sauce instead. Same for the pizzas with reg sauce; the dough was coated with an almost invisible layer of sauce.
