A friend gave me a $100 E gift card for Pizza Hut to use for a routine team luncheon. I called about a week ahead of time to see if I could place a large order with the E gift card. I was told I could use it online to place the order. About two days prior, I placed the order. The total came to $104.61. I entered the e gift card information and it took off $100. The remaining balance of $4.61 I paid with my debit card. When the pizzas arrived, the store had disregarded the e gift card and put the entire $104.61 on my debit card. For over a month of talking with the store, corporate, and gift card services, I was passed from one department to another, constantly being assured that someone would call me and correct the issue. But after over a month I was finally informed that they will not honor the gift card and I’m now out $100.

Actual trash. They had to have just reheated some breadsticks that someone didn’t pick up. They were so old they had resolidified into a block of breadsticks. Even just average expectations were not even close to being met here.

This is a place to avoid at all costs. Ive added a photo of a long screw that i found in my meat lovers pizza. Broke my tooth. The first time I went there they couldnt sell me a pizza for cash while I waited because they issisted they needed my phone number long story short, seven years later I give them another try. First they couldn’t deliver then when I went to pick up the pizza, I was sorry I did. The large pizza was small to medium, and tasted horrific. They didnt have my name until today so this cant be a grudge. It seems the standard treatment. Avoid.
