During my last visit to Pizza Hut, I went inside to place a takeout order! I noticed right away how clean the facility was!! The staff was polite and courteous!!! While I was waiting for my order to go, I noticed many in-store decorations that depicted North Carolina’s rich history in sports of all kinds!!! They even had pictures of Dale Earnhardt and his 3 car!!! To top a great experience off my server even bought my food to me when it was ready!!! I highly recommend Pizza Hut for dine in or take out!!!

Went to one location and it was carry out only. Fine. Went to another location and we sat down and nobody greeted us or anything for 30 minutes and I said to one employee that we were ready to order. The sign said order at the counter for takeout but did not mention dine in. We were at the start of a 15 hour drive and did not enjoy the extra 30 minutes before we got to even place our order. There was plenty of staff on, but nobody greeted or acknowledged us for 30 minutes!! The food was good and they brought out a refill and a to go cup.

I had a good experience placing an order online for the first time. My daughter is usually the one who does it. I was pleasantly surprised the delivery time for the Big Box order was made within 20 minutes or so. If I remember the time correctly, I finished placing the order a few minutes past 1:00p.m. According to my phone log, the driver called to verify location at 1:28p.m. The food was good. I highly recommend this location.

Worst pizza delivery experience I’ve ever received… I’ve worked in this industry for over a decade. Trust me, it isn’t difficult to make fresh, accurate orders in the pizza industry. This location suffers from incompetent managers.
