After waiting for our order (a single big dinner box) for over an hour and originally being given a delivery time of 30 minutes, they canceled the order without telling us or providing a reason why. We had to call for an update on our order after waiting for over an hour and only then did we find out the order was cancelled. We had to call 4 more times to get someone on the line to tell us why it was canceled, and even then they couldn’t provide us a reason and the person we spoke to was very unhelpful and got unnecessarily angry after I asked for a reason why it was canceled without any notification. I wouldn’t recommend this location due to the poor customer service and lack of reliability.

Update: Jeremy kindly reached out and was extremely helpful in getting the order resolved. Happily changing this review to 4 stars! I’m not concerned about ordering from here in the future at this point and would recommend it to friends if asked. I hope the customer service speed is improved in the future, but otherwise no issues.

I not really the “reviewing” type but this one is absolutely necessary. I placed and order yesterday for 10 pizzas at Domino’s (the one adjacent from this Pizza Hut) and they were scheduled for pickup at 10:30am this morning. They called me at 10:35 while on my way up there for pick up to let me know that no one showed up for work and my order wasn’t going to be ready until hours later. I had have these pizzas for for an event at 11am and it wasn’t looking like that was going to happen. By chance I called Pizza Hut and was fortunate enough to get in contact with Leah who answered the phone. I explained my situation and she told me to come pick the 10 pizzas up in 20 min. I got there in 15 and not only were the pizzas ready but she provided us with plates and napkins for our event and even helped carry it all to my truck. She went above and beyond to help us and the entire staff was both helpful and friendly. We will forever be loyal Pizza Hut customers after this and highly recommend this specific location! On top of the amazing service the pizzas were perfectly prepared and we made it just in time for our event. Thanks again Leah and the team at Pizza Hut!

The final straw absolutely stay away from this location at all costs!!! Food is almost always undercooked and service is absolutely poor. I am not even sure they have a manager… Only way to get help was to call corporate…

The smell was so bad when I walked in my son made a comment and wanted to leave. The pizza was too burnt for my liking. They remade my cheese sticks and it still came out too burnt so I would not recommend to anyone. I gave 2 stars because the staff was nice to my son while we were in there.

The pizza I ordered was fine, but the delivery driver left receipts on the ground. I thought that was tacky…no one likes a litter bug. Update Jan 2023: Order my pizza deal online for an in-store pickup. Walked in… crickets. No one but me and another customer waiting for service. Finally staff comes out nice and loud, “why didn’t you ring the bell?!” I’m thinking why didn’t you see us come in, put the bell on the door. Any who…my order was wrong which I discovered once I got home. I called and they quickly offered to give a credit for the mistake. Pizza Hut in Chapel Hill has gone downhill over the years. I won’t go back.
