I ordered a big box a couple weeks ago and did a survey because the breadsticks were so burnt we had to throw them away. The manager emailed and stated if there’s anything they could do, to let him know. I requested at least a coupon for free breadsticks (which I never request, usually the restaurant OFFERS as part of service recovery). I never heard back from management. The past few times I’ve ordered post COVID the food is not always the best, but at least edible. I don’t know how someone can burn breadsticks then place in the box knowing it’s not edible. Maybe the staff is stretched thin, which is understandable. But to order food with essentially a third of the order being burnt is disappointing and a waste of money. Many people complain about the Cone Blvd location, but their staff/management have great service recovery.

The flavor of the pizza was not great. The wings were mediocre. And the cheesy bread was a little burnt. As was the pizza. Trying to find something different than papa John’s. Well, pizza hut isn’t it.

2/23/21 – There were good and bad points to our first P.H. order at this location. The positives: ordering and paying by phone with curbside pickup was very convenient. The two employees I dealt with were courteous and professional, and the pizza came out very quickly. (Well under the allotted 15-20 minutes.)

Worst experience ever. We routinely order from this location, as Pizza Hut is my daughter’s favorite. However, we have continually had problems with the manager. Most recently, DeShaun or whatever her name is asked my 71 yr old father with diabetes and half a lung to drive and bring the pizza back to her. This was in response to the pizza being completely charred on arrival. I’m mean pitch black. I unfortunately was out of town. My daughter is too young to drive and my father could not. Deshawna repeatedly hunk up on my father and my daughter. Corporate hung up on me twice when I called from a separate city to rectify. Then they told me an area manager would be back w me within 24 hours. No such call. After the disrespect and vulgar language remarks we opted to never order from Pizza Hut again no matter what location. We used to order at least twice a week and I used to go to high school w a friend whose father owned a Pizza Hut that was run immaculately. Shame. As far as I can say is Pizza Hut can kiss our butts and will never get our business again. Especially w trash managers who disrespect and say vulgar things to the elderly. Dominos is number 1!!!

The traditional pan crust might cost more, but the regular crust is still good. The toppings were fine if a little space, the mushrooms were at least fresh and not canned.

Just got off the phone with the store manager Jeffrey to inquire about my application to work there. He had an attitude so I hung up. Looks like I’m dodging a bullet. First impressions are a thing, Jeffrey. And I probably won’t be back to this location as a customer either. Not if I have to deal with rudeness for literally no reason.

They took my order, told me to wait 25 minutes and then when I went inside said they could not find the order anywhere. Could not refund me and did not make the pizza. Said he was the only one working and his boss wouldn’t answer. Maybe skip this location.
