It’s unbelievable how slow this place is. They’re NEVER on time. It sucks because I haven’t eaten pizza hut in years and decided to give them a shot recently. The food is decent. But the absolutely SNAIL pace service is atrocious.

Order a chicken Alfredo pan and received a chicken Alfredo pizza instead. Call the store back manager was argumentative and did not resolve the problem. My entire order was $74.11 and it left me feel cheated. Hopefully they can count on me not ever patronizing Pizza again!

Placed my order online 3 minutes later the restaurant called and said ” they don’t have medium pizza pans or breadstick pan” and only option given was to cancel my order. Will not be ordering from this store again.

Food is decent, you can tell they were rushed and busy but that’s ok. The front counter person was very nice and personable. The manager is a total “Karen” though. I ordered through the app and there was no option for purchasing ranch, when bringing this up in person the manager had an argumentative attitude for some reason. It’s just ranch lady, geez, we don’t need it that bad anyway.

The lady seems so irritated by seeing us. We felt this way. May be she was in a bad mood. But she should greet her clients with a smile. Even though I gave her a 5$ tips on a 40$ bill just because she was working on christmas eve.

Shout out to Jabraile!!! I ordered my kids and I this Big Dinner Box online and requested delivery. I received a call from the store to let me know they had no driver to deliver at the time but asked if I would like to pick it up. I didn’t mind going to get it but honestly was wondering what the quality of the food would be if they were that short handed. This was hands down the best food I’ve ever had from Pizza Hut!!! The pizza, breadsticks and wings were all perfect and my kids agree. Jabraile did that!!! Thank you!!!

I was getting a bit frustrated from a long wait tonight to get my pizza but the lady at the register was very nice and offered me a free drink for the wait and helped me out the door. I wish I’d gotten her name because she deserves all the praise. Care and kindness really makes all the difference and I appreciate it.
