This place is truly hit or miss. I am not the type to have to call in and complain on an order, but after receiving this pizza tonight I had too. I asked for lite sauce because I know how heavy handed this location can be on the sauce. My husband went and picked the order up. When he came home our pizza was dripping sauce. It was soggy! My kids didn’t even want to eat it. I did call and the Manager offered to replace the order, but at this point I declined and would rather a credit for a different crew to make my order. This was a very bad experience.

Placed an order for pick up at 6:00pm. Said it would be ready in 15 mins. I arrived at the store without receiving a confirmation but 30 mins had already passed. I waited in the pick up line behind one vehicle for another 20 mins. Finally the vehicle in front of me was directed to go behind me and when I reached the window I was told they forgot to make half my order. If I would wait they would put extra cheese on the pizza. I told them no. But I would wait. Another 20 mins goes by and they tell me my pizza just went in the oven. It’s been 1hr15mins since I placed a carry out order. I ask again where my food was and I was told it was still cooking by the rudest manager ever. She asked me about my order. Then walked out the store and started smoking. They refused to give me a refund I never picked up the pizza. I will never ever go back as this is just another one of the many times they have utterly failed to make a basic pizza in a timely manner. Customer service gets 0 out of 10. AND I STILL WANT MY REFUND!

Don’t bother ordering they won’t tell you their specials when you call to place an order. When you go to pick up you see the specials listed and no accommodations will be made for you. Should’ve just called Papa Johns they support HBCUs anyway

Under cooked pizza and cheese sticks. Driver did not even attempt to bring to the door. meal was 35 mins after the meal said it would be here less than 3 miles from store. Meal was cold.

Ordered food at 2.26. delivery was for 2.55pm had to call and cancel order at 3.36pm . Had been told in prior call it was on its way , and when I called for the last time to cancel it , it wasn’t even made yet .

Worse Pizza Hut experience! We ordered a Supreme Pan Pizza with extra sauce. After waiting on another customer AFTER we had already paid, we were then handed a thin crust pizza that was so dry and had absolutely no sauce on it. And they want $15/hr. These don’t even work worth $1/hr
