This is the only game in town. They have no competition from other pizza chains and they still do not have their stuff together. They do not pick up the phone, when someone does answer it goes to a call center, they do not honor specials. Even if you order online still will experience long wait times or incorrect orders. If in Liberty, NC and you are wanting pizza you’re better off just going to Maria’s famous subs & pizza.

We ordered a cheese stuffed crust pizza and breadsticks. Hardly any sauce or toppings on the pizza, it was cold when delivered, barely enough marinara sauce for 1 breadstick and the dough almost tasted raw. It was THE worst pizza I’ve ever had. Too bad Google won’t allow 0 stars

I ordered the NY style xl pizza and it was terrible cold,dry, no sauce and all together it cost over $25! Learned a lesson about pizza hut in Liberty. I will not order from there again.

To the delivery driver that turned down our delivery because we didnt use our card to tip, WE HAD CASH! Thank you to the driver who did bring our order, your awesome! Also this place is getting worse by the day. Every time I have to call about something, I get nothing but attitude back. I feel like this place is ran by high school students who are in a desperate need of an ego check! Good sevice is key and this Pizza Hut here in Liberty doesn’t have it!

Ordered pizza with onions on half. It was finished whe I arrived but one of the employees noticed that there were no onions on my pizza. He ran a pan of raw onions under the broiler while my other pizza sat on the counter getting cold. Tossed the barely warm onions on the pizza and called it good. Other pizza was cold by then. Will be a while before I go back here.

Stopped here earlier due to having a work assignment in the area. I ordered a personal pan pizza and WAS I DISAPPOINTED. I wish there was a meal deal for pan that would leave more of a feeling of content especially being my 1st time eating all day. Paid for extra toppings. Pizza Hut need meal deals for people on the go. Lil Caesar’s and Dominoes both support this WITHOUT having to buy an ENITRE medium or large. 2 stars is as far as I’ll go due to Pizza Hut not really supporting on the go eating.
