The pizza horrible I’m not sure what happened but the quality of the pizza is really bad. The management and the staff have bad attitudes almost every day. I have placed and order between the times of 8:30pm to 9:00pm and I would never get my order and this has happened a handful of times. The shop and delivery closes at 10:00 pm so why are they closing an hour or 30 minutes early, it makes no sense. This place should be shut down or needs new management and new employees because this is bad for business if you can deliver a couple of pizzas. I will not get going back to this Pizza Hut location until they get a grip

Where should I begin? I ordered,by phone to pickup, a large thin crust, pepperoni lovers pizza. Picked it up, drove 20 minutes home, and discoveref it was not my pizza.Called told them I was driving back and to make me a fresh pepperoni pizza. Got there they gave me my pepperoni pizza and took the mistakan pizza as well. I didn’t get a cost adjustment because the other pizza was more expensive than the one I ordered. Got the pizzas home the pepperoni pizza was not fresh. The crust was so hard we couldn’t eat it. The cheese was not hot and cheesey. The other miskaken pizza was undercooked. The crust was still dough. $20.86 and no edible pizza. I will never go there again. Oh I almost forgot I had to demand an apology.

We stopped eating at this Pizza Hut a while back due to the quality, but it must have changed management a few months/weeks ago, because this is now the best Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. When we order delivery, they are always fast, the food is always hot and accurate, and it is cooked perfectly. Their app is easy to use, they are always running good deals, and the staff is always so happy when they drop the food off. I have had several good experiences with this location now. I almost never leave reviews, but this place is the most impressive fast food establishment in the area by far! Thank you so much for your great service and our kids love it too!

Letting folks know how pizza hut in walkertown, treats people badly, the manager there I have tried to place an order twice first time it took an hour and a half to get my order she yelled and fussed with me and hung up on me I went to talk to the other manager over her he was kind to me and give me my refund for the bad you know service I got today I thought I’d give it another try the lady manager same girl recognize my address and name said, she was not taking my order and she was hanging up on me , and before I even placed the order they hung up on me two or three times these people obviously do not care if I was you guys I would go to kernersville or somewhere else, and place your order because they do not care there,This lady thinks she can be rude to me on the phone,and hang up on me, that’s fine because I will go over head again, people like her have no business working with the public!!!
