We ordered pizza, wings, and pasta with cheese sticks. Pizza was falling apart. Something was wrong with the dough. So much sauce and gooey. Pasta was dry and very hard on the top layer. Cheese sticks hard and cheese basically burnt. Wings hard and dry. Sauce barley covering. We threw away over half. Won’t be back!!

Twice now I have ordered from the Puzza Hut App and it took over an hour for them to say it was ready for delivery and another 30mins for the to actually deliver it. Stayed on hold for 20+ mins with the store each time before I gave up and waited for the pizza to arrive. And their delivery is through Doordash now because they’re low on workers so it’s not like you can even explain concerns to pizza hut drivers!!!

I know employment rates are down but this establishment never seems to have the dining area open. Always has a sign posted on front door that dining area is closed, due to no help. Not very professional and then when you do use the drivethru the staff act as if you are an issue and like it’s an issue to serve you.

Absolutely horrible food AND service!!! The order was beyond wrong! Even the crust was wrong that I paid extra for. The pizza tonight was the equivalent of a little ceasers pizza and that is sad!! I paid over $50 for this meal and it is wrong. The lady at the window was of NO help!! We ordered bbq wings and they came garlic! This is NOT okay. I expect more from pizza hut!!! Four items and not one of them is correct!!

Entering this establishment is the worst decision I have ever made. Disgusting!! As if waiting for my take out order for over an hour wasn’t bad enough, the incompetent staff lost my ticket and acted as if customers after me deserved some special treatment. It took an hour and thirty minutes to finally get my little pizza and wings.. then Lydia dropped my pizza as if I was some degenerate who is going to eat a contaminated pizza. None of the people who prepare the food wear gloves and I doubt they wash their hands because when I said something they had an annoyance about them. Most horrible experience of my life! I am surprised they are still in business. These elderly ladies walked out, I don’t blame them, I wish I would have walked out too!!
