This will definitely be the last time we come here!! We came last with 5 adults and 1 child…the server took our order and after we placed it she comes and says oh we can’t serve wings…so we had to leave because we had 2 people with food allergies..well we came back on Sunday and we placed our order and she once again said no fried foods and they was out of mushrooms…the management team really meets to get their ordering right….

Even though we called in, our pizzas were not ready upon our arrival. We were not offered a drink or a seat while we waited. The design of this building is not user friendly!! A steep ledge surrounds the main door almost entirely, making it difficult just to enter the restaurant. The worst part however was getting home and realizing we were missing a pizza that we had paid for. I cannot give this Pizza Hut more than 2stars.

Lunch buffet was hot and delicious with a great variety. It also includes the salad bar and a drink. That’s not a bad deal for $10! The service was just ok, but they did get very busy very very quickly.

Our table was dirty.. The waitress could not tell us specials or prices on anything but proceeds to tell us they are out of straws and ice. The parmesan was spoiled. The waitress brings the check when she brought the pizza before we even ate… Tell s us she had a long day and the bathroom didn’t have any toilet paper.

Got the meat lovers pan pizza with garlic crust flayvoring for 11 bucks to go. Was the best! Crust and flayvor was amazing! Ordered online a few days before as we were on a trip. They also gave us plates and napkins. One star off because the ham was clumped only in a few places.

Do you enjoy your order being messed up? Do you enjoy waiting for it to be “fixed” only to remain messed up? Welp this is the pizza hut for you! This is what my food looked like when I got home… sloppy just like the service. I gave 3 stars because I ate the food, wasn’t bad, but fact remains service here can at times stink and can be sloppy.
