No salads and no salad bar. Pizza with no toppings were way over priced. Each topping was $1.50! Even pepperoni!! Service was lousy. When the waiter brought the pizza he stood near the table looking around. Finally he asked if this was what I ordered. Never again Pizza Hut of Buckhannon!

Can’t complain about the speed of delivery, it was spot on! However the pizza didn’t do so well. It looked like it had gone through a slalom race! I didn’t get the light sauce requested, way too much! Ordered thin crust but it wasn’t crispy like it should have been! Pics to follow of pizza. Wings were really good though!

The store was quiet at 1200pm. The waitress has been at this location for 17 years and really knows her stuff. The inside of the building was up to date and downright cozy. We ordered the Supreme pan pizza, which was very good and steaming hot! This location is a gem in Buckhannon!

My pizza service has been horrible. My pizza is burnt, over sauced, not correct, late EXTREMELY LATE, and I just get excuses every time I call in. Oh we didn’t update the wait time it’s an hour now. Cool that’s no excuse and not my fault. So now we have waited an hour and 15 minutes for it to finally just be out for delivery. Or even change it to pick up and then food is missing and a credit was suppose to be on the account supposedly just to call back and oh yea it doesn’t say anything here about that so nope can’t do that. I’m so over this place and it’s employees. All of them.

We ordered last minute for dinner and our order was ready in 15 minutes for 2 medium pizzas. They were piping hot and tasted excellent. The service staff was friendly and the resturant was clean and ran smoothly. Easily accessible off Route 33 at the Buckhannon exit. Ample parking and wheelchair accessible.
